Terrible customer service I would never recommend! This company received an authorization for a special needs car seat for my son and refused to complete the order. I was provided a cubby bed and a special needs stroller for my autistic son from two other separate companies with no issue, but because mobility solutions didn't receive an authorization for all 3 orders they "felt it would be easier to just have one of the other companies provide the car seat also". As a prior medical biller I know that option for a fact is not easier and would extend the time to get the seat as I would now have to have the auth redirected. So because this company was not able to make a profit on all 3 orders, they refused to even process the one order they did receive. My son is constantly getting out of his seat and it is unsafe to drive with him alone. I guess the safety of my child was not worth the amount they would be making off one order. I am now having his authorization redirected to PRIME MEDICAL SUPPLY. The company that provided me with the cubby and had AMAZING customer service. Please don't waste you time or money on Mobility Solutions and just go to someone that actually cares about more then just money.

I can’t get my clients chair fixed we have been asking for repairs for 2 months and we got batteries but no new controller the chair is 6 months old

The techs that come out to repair your chair are typically very good and nice. It's the ladies in the office that kill this review. They are unprofessional. They always say "someone will call you back" no one ever does. They receive parts and or equipment that was ordered and never call to let you know they received it or try and schedule you an appointment. They wait until you call and leave a bunch of messages before they actually make an appointment. I've been using them for years for my son's equipment because they were the authorized provider, thankfully I'm able to switch and get taken care of by a professional organization now. I typically have only dealt with Leticia and Alejandra. These two seem more concerned about their personal lives than doing their job. I can often hear them talking to people in the office about their lives while I'm on the phone with them. So frustrating. If they changed office staff with organized employees then this place might be a good option. Until then I would try other providers. Check out the other reviews. Everyone else is saying the same thing. Horrible office staff.

I would give them a 5 out of 5 because I always get great work and equipment from all of the technicians including the owner. I have had issues from the customer services girl.I keep coming back because the techs are top notch and the take care of my sons chair immediately. ? ?

Exactly what the reviewer said before me- the people that work in the office are unprofessional , don't call back, and don't seem to care. It's been over 6 months waiting for a scooter for my child. The should feel ashamed for their lack of empathy

Stay away if you value quality service and professional ethics. This company is driven by one factor: how much money they can make off you with the least amount of work possible.I have an auth for a new group 3 powerchair, assigned to Mobility Solutions. I showed up to test ride a new powerchair. I was given a customer's used chair (a similar model, but not the same I wanted to test). They repaired someone's chair then gave me that one as a test chair, which I find completely unprofessional.Because my specific needs are not a simple check mark in paperwork, I was specifically told "We are not the company for you."I don't believe their ethics are the company for anyone who wants a quality DME company. Again, stay clear of this unprofessional and financially greedy business.

Worst customer service can't believe they are in the business of providing medical equipment to the disabled when they don't seem to Interested in helping. They never return calls and there insurance rep is never in the office.

The company has been horrible. I asked them to repair my chair and it keeps fluttering and spinning me out of control. It then ruins my tires and they keep asking me and the insurance to pay for repairs to get the tires repaired. I told the office, and the office said Joe the repair tech said it was repaired and there was no further problem. Joe said that the office never contacted them or talked to them about the problem and he says the girls in the office don't know anything. This happened for 3 repairs of tires. They replaced the tires many times but refused to look into fixing the caster problem and the motor problem that was the problem. I kept telling them and they told me it happens and to ignore it.Then Alejandra took my chair saying it needs to be evaluated for repair even though they already knew the problem to be sure. But now they said they will give me back my chair for many days. Alejandra and Tiffany was told that I use this chair as a medical device and not just as mobility device. They refused to give it back saying to just wait. I said I been waiting the whole day. This happened last time too. They told me to wait the whole entire day saying it was to be shipped back to me, but they just tell me they forgot. This time they are saying they can't give it back cause they want me to talk to another manager but they can easily give me back my chair but they won't today, very contradicting! They said they could easily give me back my chair but they refused saying they will not give me back my chair until I speak to another manager. Horrible service. They also said I am not allowed a loaner cause I can stand and walk in the house. The chair is broken. I have no other choice then to walk it off. What you want me to do! They said they do not need to give me a need a loaner chair or a power chair and they will replace it with a manual chair!Be careful of this company! They refuse to give you back your chair and give you a manual chair to use.! I have two frozen arms, and a neck injury and a quadepeligic but they said I should consider pushing myself. I used the standing feature to help me with bowel and bladder problems. Otherwise I am bleeding without relief. So while they have my chair I am bleeding and having problems. But they did not CARE! They said the person who repaired the chair Joe previously, said I did not need a power chair and that they will replace it and that I needed only a manual chair and they said it didn't matter cause Joe said I didn't need a power chair and can push myself and ignored all my other medical problems. Joe said I never told him about my problems or my medical but I did. These people are liars. Don't deal with them. They will STEAL your chair!They also told me they never given me a loaner chair. I was like your the one who authorized a loaner chair. They were like no we didn't, its against policy. Its funny cause they said they got insurance to authorize a loaner chair and insurance said they will cover loaners. I see that Angel had similar problems with the people I was working with.

Worst customer service, incompetent staff handling insurance matters. You have to call them because after they take your measurements you won’t hear back from them. Four months later after the insurance approved my daughter’s equipment; we are still waiting.... This company will be held liable for accidents pertaining to their lack of providing the equipment in a timely manner. I can’t get a hold of the owner. Take your business to another company because this one will waste your time! I even got the approval number after being placed on hold for 25 minutes but that wasn’t good enough for this company. So I guarantee a long wait and you’ll have to work for them without pay! The Colton office is a complete disappointment!! Let’s hire new staff for 2020!

Unprofessional, they do not contact you back when they promise too. my scooter took 4 months to get. Staff kept blaming Dr. office come to find out that Rx was issued in timely manner by Dr. Office, days after being treated by my doctor. I made the uninformed mistake to wait 45 days to call the scooter store to determine the status of my Rx scooter. That’s when the blame game began only to find out that the scooter store staff had the Rx from the Dr this whole time filed away as ordered when it had not been. Well it gets even better another 30 days goes by once ordered. Only again to find out that it had arrived within the week and it took a call from me three weeks later. in all this particular store staff in my opinion is unprofessional in team work and in concern for the clients they get from insurance company.

Worse customer service ever from the manager ( Alejandra ) to their field Rep.(Dan) never answered my calls or returned my calls about parts that were ordered for my new wheelchair that was giving problems with the seat told me he ordered it and I asked if he could give me an update on the status of and an ETA of it's arrival never did then spoke to manager she tells me she is sorry then tells me she will call me the next day and never did so I call three days later and she ask how she can helpe told her I had been waiting on her call for my seat then she says good news we have your set but can't deliver it till next week gee thanks been over two weeks and still waiting . I am not surprised that the rest of the employees are that way it starts at the top so it is what it is won't be dealing with these people after this
