Stopped by Mike Thompson's RV Superstore in Colton, CA, which was part of the Miracle Mile RV Show this weekend. The Show was nothing like the Pomona Fairgrounds Show we attended a few years back but the many dealers participating in the event did a good job with their presentation. We met with Jeff Schwab who clearly knows his industry and what a fantastic and transparent RV consultant. The display of RVs of motorhomes was quite vast and Jeff showed us the Newmar and then the Tiffin Open Road series. Jeff pointed out specifications, options and truly provided an education on what to look for in a quality built coach. We have a newer Grand Design towable RV and were simply curious about what our next rig may be as we get older and look at a simpler and more practical way of RVing. Generally RVers upgrade every 5 years so we still have time. The selection of RVs was plentiful and the starting prices competitive. If you are looking for an RV you must reach out to Jeff Schwab at the Colton store, he is simply the best in the industry that I have met. We are considering upgrading in the future and Jeff gave me some important tools to work with when we make our decision. Highly Recommended

I went with a friend to pick up an RV I went to the restroom spiderwebs I'm assuming it was the first restrooms why would an employee send a customer to the employees restrooms something's wrong in the restroom was in a different building

Michael Crossland is the reason for my five-star review. He was my van orientation expert, which he truly is an expert.
It's rare these days to find this level of commitment to greatness. I purchased my 2024 Mercedes Sprinter van in May 2023. There's so much to learn. The information seems almost impossible to eventually master, but Mr. Crossland is Mr. Personality -- engaging, patient, and just a pleasure to learn from.
At the conclusion of my orientation, Mr. Crossland gave me his cell number and told me to use it when I needed help remembering how something worked or I got stuck forgetting something important.
Well, fast-forward 15 months, that day came. Remembering I had put Michael's cell into my phone, I texted him frantically about 7 p.m. one evening, eight hours from home, with a van not charging and with my son who has to sleep with a medical device and requires the van to be charged.
I don't think it was five minutes later and my phone was ringing. Semper Fi Michael Crossland to the rescue 15 months after the purchase.
Who does that these days?
Incredible, unbelievable service.
I won't hesitate to recommend Thompson RV, and the sole reason is because of Mr. Crossland.
My salesman wouldn't even help me answer a simple question the day after I drove it off the lot. He got his sale and was already done with me.
So give Michael an extra, well-deserved bonus, Thompson RV. I can attest to the fact he means what he says and says what he means about helping your customers out when they need future help down the road remembering how their vehicle works.
I appreciate you, Mr. Michael Crossland! You truly are such an asset to Thompson RV. THANK YOU!!

My wife and I purchaed a Thor Vegas from MTRV Colto … the Team at this location was great and this was one of the best experiences we had purchasing our 5th RV but our first time at MTRV, Colton.
1.Jeff our sales rep was very polite greeted us right when we showed up. Jeff was not pushy and was very helpful thru the whole process. Jeff new alot of information on verious rv’s since he to is a RV owner and not just a sales rep. If you are looking for an RV please go visit MTRV and ask for Jeff im sure the rest if the sales team are great they have a good pack of reps there.
2. Finance team was so awesome very responsive on al questions at there office and emails. Curtis was super cool abd easy to talk with and he will get you in and out quickly no long wait times like at all other finance depts when you buy cars or rv’s this was one of our quickest finance transactions we’ve had. Curtis wont push extra services on you like tire care / gps etc..
3. RV pickup- this was also our best experience. We had Michael Crosslabd as our walk orientation representative. Mike was also great very knowledgeable on how the RV work. He was very thorough with explaining all the details of using the RV. Mike was fun to talk too and i cant say it enough of what he knows and his experiences he’s had with RVing.
4. Parts Dept. Joann Fay - another great part if the MTRV team. She knows all the parts you should / will need and is very helpful getting you the best price. Even if you didnt buy an RV from them give Joann a call and she can get / give you the best prices.
Lastly the MTRV team in Colton was great to work with. Please check them out when you are looking to purchase an RV new or Used. The team here is great.

My wife and I had a great experience at the Mike Thompson’s in Colton. We worked directly with Rick, who helped us feel comfortable with the coach with ended up purchasing. Rick and the finance team made the deal happen that we needed to.
After the purchase, we had the pleasure of having Mike take us through the walk through of the RV. He was super knowledgeable about the FR3 32DS and gave us some insight on rv living. Thanks Mike!

Just purchased a new 2024 Tiffin Allegro Open Road. Everyone at Mike Thompson's RV in Colton were very helpful and awesome! From Kaitlyn, Greg, Jorge, Cliff, and Mike. Even the guys out driving around in the lot would stop and ask if we needed anything or need a ride. Mike Crossland did an excellent job with our orientation and walkthrough and even takes my calls afterwards to answer any questions I have. Great experience.

My wife and I bought an 5th wheel Grand Design Influence and neither of us had ever used one before. We took it out for the first time to Flying Flags in Buellton over Memorial Day Weekend, and safe to say were very intimidated getting it set up and learning how to use it. The entire weekend was made incredibly better for us thanks to Mike Crossland, the Lead Walk-Thru Tech at Mike Thompson RV. He had given me his card during our walk-thru and had told me to call him whenever I needed help, and he absolutely followed through. He was so patient with me, helped guide me through multiple scenarios, and really made our holiday weekend 100 times better. It's so rare these days to get such top-notch customer service like that but I'm so thankful Mike is that kind of person. Thank you Mike!!!
