Just want to tell the manager at metro that they have a amazing employee by the name of Vanessa.My daughter had gone to three different metro locations to get her phone issue resolved and not one lazy employee would help her. If it wasnt for Vanessa we would have changed service. Thanks again Vanessa

I freaking love this metro location!! The guy Luis is totally awesome!! Great personality I bought 2 phones from him within a year I think it was him in December... idk but My brother told me to go to him cuz he's a cool guy but I had already gone with him lol super nice guy definitely going back to get my daughter her phone next month!! He made my day!!!!

Horrible horrible service at this Metro location. Needed charger for my phone and explained to staff person working 4/4/19 at 130 pm. Explained how my phone (purchased at metro) is finicky with chargers. So asked if i could try charger before purchasing? "No"So i asked if i purchased could i return if it didn't work? "As long as its the same day" So i say "thats fine, can we test it right here in the store?" She was reluctant stating "you will also need the part that plugs into the wall then...etc," So i ask....are you seriously not going to let me test it here in the store?!" I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. The metro store where i live is 100 times better. They bend over backwards to help and find whatever i need as long as it takes. This employee was awful. Very unprofessional. When I decided to leave without purchasing item she seemed pleased instead of sorry to be losing business. No attempt to save sale and win client over. Worst customer service ever. This person has no concept of appropriate business practice. Am tempted to call manager of store. Will never come back to this location. ?

I have been a MetroPCS customer for a couple of years now and I must admit that I am very satisfied with the service and value for the money. Reception is great, and my data is unlimited. Not sure what else I could ask for, especially considering the price. I pay $90 per month for 3 unlimited lines. This allows me two lines for myself and one for my mom. I don't really even need 2 lines, but at this price, why not? Their phone selection is very good and reasonably priced or you can just bring your own phone if it is compatible with MetroPCS or T-Mobile sim cards. There is unlimited music streaming and month-to-month service means you can quit or change phones at any time with no hassle. I just shake my head in pity at all the poor folks over-spending on expensive 'flagship' phones with pricey multi-year contracts...and then they break or lose their phones. Anyway, I stopped by this branch on Friday 3/1/19 to check for new phones or special offers, as I do from time to time, and observed something heart-warming. One of the staff here, Kyle, took time out to help a random old lady off the street whose electric wheelchair battery died. She needed to be pushed inside to charge it for 20 minutes. Kudos to Kyle!
