Get help from Basel. He was kind and courteous, he listened to me complain and never got upset. He stayed on with customer service for an hour getting me rebates and refunds. I really appreciate everything he did. Thanks Basel

I have had metro PCs for years it was not until I came to this location have I ever felt that I have made a mistake. They sold me 4 phones and I paid with smart pay the 3rd party service they offer for financing. The girl that set me up was working all by herself because they were short staff and doing the best that she could do considering what else could she do. I stayed there for a couple hours well she helped me in between customers, I even had to leave and come back at one point because my family was getting impatient. Anyway lil did I know that when I got set up with the account they we're not going to honor the sale price on the phones which we're like $50. For 4 of the cheapest phone's that dont even work right no one could ever hear me clearly and my daughters ph never gets the calls. 2 Alcatel, a lgk20 & a blade something + 4 cases + two $25 watches + 4 hours of my life I will never get back I was told I would be paying all together with the lease $600 which sounds right considering it was financed but here I am on my what I thought was my last payment learning that I still owe $600 on my lease. When I called metro store Elizabeth the manager said the person that helped me doesn't work there anymore so basically it is not her problem. I was not calling to get anyone fired I wanted an explanation maybe an apology but she basically wiped her hands of it. Said take it up with smart pay which I already have I will be returning the 4 phones just so the payments will no longer be deducted from my account the interest which was suppose to be 20% in reality was 100% and I will have to terminate my business with metro. After I have given 3 years of business and referred many people to. I have had better experience with the Mt Vernon location and I don't even speak the same language as the associates. Way less than what I expected from metro.
