It's 10:15 on Tuesday morning and they're supposed to be open at 10:00 and they still aren't open we have five or six people standing in line to pay their bills

Get help from Basel. He was kind and courteous, he listened to me complain and never got upset. He stayed on with customer service for an hour getting me rebates and refunds. I really appreciate everything he did. Thanks Basel
