Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced and so much complication for something that could have been solved so easily and the lady that answers the phone is super rude they need to conduct better business I know they’ve lost most of their customers already

I bought the mattress and it’s frame on May 8 2022 I was promised it would be delivered in 3 days but it was not when i called a lady answered the phone and said wait you will get it. I said ok as you guys see at the receipt attached the delivery guy was supposed to set it up as well but he denied setting it up, I call Andrew ( store Manager) but a lady picked the phone and talked with the delivery then the delivery guy left the house without saying anything I called back and the lady told me if you call me again i will call police on you. Then I went 20 miles to their store and show them the receipt the lady said it’s not my responsibility talk with Andrew you bought it from him I said ok then the other day i called Andrew he said i will call you back I wait for him for 9 days he didn’t call me. When i call again the lady picked up the phone i said Andrew promised me to come and set up my bed She said don’t call any more Andrew is no more with us. I have her voice she treat me that she is going to call police on me Any suggestion please today is June 2 2022 still waiting for them, i wish i could have reach their Supervisor or owner of the company

I have bought several mattresses from them over the last 6 years and have never had a problem until recently. Two months ago My husband and I purchased a mattress and bed frame from Mattress King for my son's Birthday. They told me the bed frame would be delivered 6-12-22 and installed. That date came and passed, I figured they were busy and waited a few days before I called them. When I called they told me they were under new management and couldn't find my order. I have been waiting for a manager to call my husband for two weeks! Today my husband called to follow up and was hung up on multiple times by a female worker. At this point I feel like I have been scammed! They ripped us off! My son is a sleeping on a brand new mattress on the floor! This is unacceptable . Do not go here! They will steal your money! They will not call you back. This is very unprofessional

We purchased a bed and frame from company . Mattress was dropped off but missing frame. I have called and asked to speak with the owner on this matter . No one calls me back. Everytime I call he is out . These people are scam artists . Kasey who works there is beyond rude and she should not be working in customer service . She is rude with a sailors mouth , yelled , cused and hung up on me . I will be seeking LEGAL counsel on this matter. DO NOT BUY ANYHING FROM THIS PLACE . YOU MIGHT NEVER GET IT .

I bought a dining room table and hutch in May of 2021. Didn't get it right away because of the pandemic. by February 2022 it was starting to discolor and had marks all through it. Comment was made I shouldn't have put anything on the table. I'm still working to have the table and the hutch repaired since February. I need help the company Sunny design along with Mattress King. Getting a call back is horrible Sunny design will not even respond to me. I will say Mattress King does have good customer service. Now let's see how the follow-through is.

My son needed a new twin mattress as his was a couple years old and one of those thin ones. He's also been having headaches from poor sleeping. I got him a nice, thick cushioned twin mattress here. It was delivered in a couple of days. My son loves it. He has been sleeping so well and hasn't had any headaches. Everyone at the store is very nice and helpful. I was gonna buy from here about a year and a half ago but my dad showed up with a new bed for me. I remembered how kind everyone was and knew if I ever needed any furniture I would come here first and I did when it was time. I highly recommend this place.

The store manager Andrew was friendly and helpful. We happened to find Matress Kings after we left Ashley furniture. Such a refreshing change from the high pressure sales and exorbitant pricing at all the big box stores! Support small businesses; You'll get exactly what you want without the headache and hassle!

Stay the hell away! Bought a frame yesterday opened the box, and it was missing an arm and looked used. Called right away and told them. Came back the next day and said I want a refund not a return and the owner tried fighting me. Said he doesn't do returns on an open box but how am I supposed to know if something is missing if I don't open it? Absolutely insane owner. Sells used products and gets aggressive with customers. I'll be disputing the charge through my bank... but do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

I had such a great experience with Joe and everyone at Mattress Kings, very pleasant and helpful. I was very confused as to making a decision on a Mattress as I have lower back problems, Joe was very helpful in helping me select a Mattress that works for me. I am so happy with my selection. When you spend a lot of money on something like a mattress you want to make sure you're getting a good fit. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends without a doubt
