I have been using the Colton store since 202 and the staff is always kind and helpfull. But if you need a legal document reduced to copy 8 1/2 x 11, see Jenny---she's the best.

Took my autistic son to return a jacket he bought from amazon. Did not know that we had to go to the UPS store first time returning anything back. At The UPS store was quick and easy scan the QR code gave him the receipt. Set to hold on to it. For the amount due back to my Son. Was great customer service. ?

Do not print here! They will not have your order ready on time. Will not notify you it will not be ready. Getting a refund is not easy. Please go elsewhere.

Rashida provided the absolute most friendly customer service I’ve seen in a while. She literally put a smile on my face and helped me with all 11 of my Amazon returns. Rest assured that there is no charge for the labels IF your Amazon return states that it is free.

Love this UPS store! I’m always greeted as soon as I enter the store and the team quickly works to assist with whatever is needed. Also, want to mention that Rashida is wonderful and always provides excellent customer service with a smile!
