Luis from the UPS store refused to take my package from Amazon. First he said that their printers were down, then he said that their store does not package items even though Amazon states that they do. Awful service and very dissatisfied.

Came in today to make an Amazon return. I was helped by Rashida who is phenomenal and excellent at her job. I was warmly greeted and was in and out very quickly. Whoever hired her made the right decision, she has excellent customer service skills... give that woman a raise.
