Terrible service, our first time filling out our taxes with this person we had problems with our refund, we notified her, she told me to call the IRS and they told me that it was a mistake when filling them out, I notified her via email and phone, it took about as long as 2 weeks to call me back and then they told me that they would give me an appointment to review everything two weeks ago, something that hasn't happened yet, they don't answer my emails and when I call they tell me that they are not in the office or they are with a client but no help or response and not to mention that he charged us $380 for his terrible service.

Very disgusted at her service now. Known her for MANY yearsssss but now your work has become disloyal but and I sure you prefer NEW customers that don’t know your history because by reading these comments it appears you have also been disloyal to your previous clients that also know you for years. I’m not one to bash any company online.
But it’s true you don’t answer calls
You have taken money without doing the work
Don’t show your face and upon filing taxes elsewhere come to find out you modify information without any consent
I will pursue an investigation for your company
And your can keep the money which I’m sureeeee you will.
But remember what goes around comes around and money can’t buy health. Your wee a ver trusted person but now you just rip off people and you don’t care.

No one is hiding and I come to write this because it’s true. You have taken money and don’t completed they job requested nor did you take the time to call and ask any status of the unfinished legal documents but you can keep the money because if you had dignity you would have been differently .. that’s one …
Two after we stop doing taxes with you
We come to find our you used false names for childcare when we clearly never pay any childcare , and I am not slandering your business because I am well aware of the facts and evidence so this is not slandering
I’m simply WARNING PEOPLE but I’m sure you don’t do this to everyone.

Very unprofessional . They have you leave your w2s but they never file your taxes. They like to waste a lot of peoples times by having them show up at a certain time only to find out no one is in the office. They should NOT be taking peoples documents & then ignoring/avoiding them afterwards.

We’ve been going to Yesenia for tax preparation for a few years …she’s great . So helpful and profession and went out of her way to answer any questions we had . Office staff was amazing too, so courteous , went out of their way to call us with updates on our return . Will definitely continue to go to Leila’s Services.
