My experience with Laguna RV was very interesting working with Dave, he seems to get you qualified on approval loans. My experience with the others in sales they seem to be too much into the sale of the item, they need to be relaxed more. Due to the knowledge and learning of the trailer my favorite would be Carlos Torres, he is very knowledgeable of the items he sells, he would be someone I would pass down the knowledge of the trailer and someone I would drink a beer with. Overall my experience was gratified with Carlos.

Excellent RV buying experience! I purchased a small pop-up trailer from these folks and they gave me a very good deal. The staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have a good selection and it has the feeling of a family run business, very low key, no large corporate indifference that some of the other RV dealers exhibit. I highly recommend them..!!

As 1st time rv buyers we could not ask for a better shopping experience! No hard sells here at Laguna RV! Our sales rep Steve was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to make the entire process easy and convenient for us.Bob did our “walk through/Rv 101 class” and gave us all the info we needed to get out on the road.Due to NO fault of Laguna RV there was a glitch with the DMV/title®. Steve, Bobby but most especially Dave went above and beyond to get the paperwork processed and corrected as far as to go to the DMV himself and then drive out to meet us.An excellent experience - thanks Laguna RV!

At first it was a good experience, sales man was really nice and helpful. Found a coach that fit our needs for size weight and price. Decided to sign the papers with the understanding that the issues we discussed would be fixed, coach was at there facility for 2 weeks and never got fixed, just covered up. Brought it home wich is a 2 hour drive, found that the monitor panel didnt work and there was still a water leak. Took it back and was told it would be fixed, again left for 2 weeks and just a cover up of repairs. I would stay away from this please if you could, starting to believe this was the same company that everyone said to stay away from just under a different name.

If you want a NO HASSLE place to find a good, used RV, this is the place to go. Your able to check out all the RVs and trailers on the lot with no pressure from a salesman as they let you browse at your pace. Once your interested in something, they'll be glad to help you out.

Was readying my used class A for sale, and contacted Steve at Laguna RV. He was very friendly and professional, and gave me a very fair consignment price. The provided contract conformed completely.While I ended up selling the coach to a private party, I was impressed by Laguna RV and would recommend.

My family and had a really good experience here. Josh and TC were freaking incredible!! TC was quick to greet us and get us looking at models even though it was only 30 minutes til close and was happy to help!! Josh was so knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help us financially to get us into something we were happy with. He's also a straight shooter and will tell you like it is and that's so valuable for this sort of thing! They treated us like family. They truly had our best interest at heart and it was so nice to not have to worry about that. Great place! Great atmosphere! Great employees! Great prices! I definitely recommend Laguna rv's!!! Thanks again Josh and TC!!!

I just purchased from Laguna RV and the entire process was amazing and their prices are unbeatable. The salesmen Blake and Josh were both so patient and made the search pain-free. We were completely undecided as to what we wanted and all the other dealerships treated us like we were an inconvenience. Blake did the exact opposite, he took his time and showed us everything that might fit our needs but without being push in the least. He broke everything down and was just so patient. Then, Josh met with us the next day and was just as great. Even the purchase paperwork was made easy by Dave. We are buying another one for our son and there's no where else we will be going. I recommend Laguna RV hands down!
