This place is the worst experience I have ever had with h and r block. I have several friends who would have done my taxes for free. My taxes are very simple short form. However h and r block charged me 240.00 to do them. The only reason I went with them was because I wanted my money back same day or next day. The "so called" "tax pro" who did my taxes handed me a green emerald card as soon as she finished my taxes and said your money will be on there in about an hour. I waited and kept calling and it was still "0" balance. When I called the company listed on the card they told me I wouldn't be getting the rapid refund because I didn't qualify for it.They said your federal refund has to be 1000 dollars in order to qualify.I spoke with trish Cox who said she would haveld have general manager call me. I'm still waiting and that was over a week ago.

This place told me I’ll get my return in a week to 2 weeks still nothing I call they sound bothered I would not recommend for anyone in Colton now I’m stuck with no anything including horrible service they need to be evaluated

I did my taxes here on January 27th I never waited this long for my taxes idk wth the lady did but I never file head of house hold or asked for her to claim the child tax credit bs and she did all of that and now my taxes are delayed. But they over charge to file taxes I should of went with my tax person I usually go to I would of already had my taxes . A friend of mine filed 2 weeks ago and already got her taxes yesterday never going back
