Great service and AMAZING showroom. When they say giant they mean it. Customer restrooms smelled really badly of urine and could do with being updated.

Stay clear of this dealership and the service dept. They give you the run around about your warranty and then don't honor it.

BEWARE!!!!! After purchasing a $110,000 rig, we couldn't even take it home. The post sale walkthrough guy was having a hard time with the auto leveling system. He told the sales manager and technician however they kept insisting there was no issue. We ended up leaving it there so they could figure out why the "auto hitch" function wasn't working. After a couple weeks we went back only for the issue to not have been resolved. After going round and round with these guys I got my cousin on the phone who is a tech at a reputable shop. He was able to diagnose a bad connection on the system which was really embarrassing to the sales manager and technician who kept insisting there was no issue. This was only the beginning. We were lied to from the salesman and sales manager from day 1, shocker. We were told the solar on our trailer would run all 3 A/C units and power the trailer without even running the generator. (A bit naive on my part for trusting them). We were talked into purchasing a trailer without a generator because of this. We soon realized they were lying to us to make the deal. We took the trailer out for the first time and the trailer died within the first 4 hours only running accessories only with no A/C units on. I called Alliance helpline because we couldn't even put the trailer back on the truck or put the pop-outs back in. Alliance customer service was substantial. They got a technician immediately on FaceTime with me to run some tests. After climbing up on the roof to find the issue we found that the guys at giant RV plugged in the solar panels in incorrectly and used the wrong fuses. The technician had me bypass the fuses and properly route the wires to regain charging capability however, our trip was ruined. Alliance then sent me the correct fuses and a proper diagram free of charge. We had another small issue months later with the sliding door in the back of the trailer. We took the trailer back to giant rv only for them to have it for months and not return our calls or follow up with pertinent updates. These guys are extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend buying from them or taking anything there for service. Three strikes your out, I will never return. I tried to give them chances and they continue to be unprofessional and incompetent.

We bought an Evo travel trailer brand new and we've already had issues with it. We took it in 3 times to get it Fixed brought it home and it still broke. The shower door does not stand place after traveling. We've had other issues too that we've had to fix it ourselves. Cause they don't know how to fix it. It's a combination of Forest River Evo bad quality and service repair customer service!!

I will start off by saying that this review is not reflected on the sales team themselves. The two individuals we worked with were great and had no say in the things that happened after the showing of the rv. This happened in may of this year, 2023. This was our second trip there as we had come before to check out class a rigs and had made the decision on which one we wanted. Upon doing a walk around the rig again before finance came in the picture, we wanted to take note of any items that needed repair or that were missing or what not. We noticed that the front end of the rig was slightly off centered. Which led us to look further and we discovered that there was quite a bit of cracking in the fiberglass. There were other items that required repair about this unit but irrelevant as they were more so cosmetic things. When speaking to finance, we said we wanted the front end looked at. Finance sent the managers out there and tried saying that there was nothing wrong. We then went out there with the managers and pointed out exactly what was wrong, to which they agreed there seemed to be an issue. We asked that the auto body manager come look at it. Upon his inspection, it was confirmed that this rig had in fact been hit or in an accident of some kind and badly repaired. We tried to negotiate and asked for those repairs and inspections be financially covered by the dealership or manufacturer. We were told no that it would be up to us to work with the manufacturer and that the dealership would not be involved or held liable. We also would have to pay for some of the repairs. After a long back and forth, we left. We ended up going elsewhere and paying a more lower price with more warranties and better attitudes at that. Be careful with purchases from here and make sure to do a thorough examination with a second pair of eyes.

I will not purchase from Giant RV in Colton. Here's why, my family and I arrived in the afternoon to take a look at the inventory at this location. We were undecided on what type of rig we wanted, which was the reason for our trip. We wanted to take a look at various options in person to be able to better judge, size and layout. At first, it seemed like our sales person wanted to help us. We answered a few questions and started to view some of the inventory. Not too long into the process, he became what I consider too pushy and it was a huge turn off.I believe it was around the time he showed us three units that had similar floorplans with different color schemes when I asked him if they had other floor plans. He said they have a lot of floorplans and asked me if I was purchasing today, because if not, it was a waste of time.Once he said that I was completely turned off and knew that I would not be purchasing from him or from Giant RV.I'm not sure if that's just his personality or if he in fact, was being rude towards us, but either way I didn't like it. Prior to this exchange, I specifically asked him questions about repair time frames should something go wrong. I think he was surprised by my question, so I felt the need to clarify. I asked him if we would be looking at days, weeks, or months for repairs. He said if we purchase new from them The unit would be under warranty and they would give those repairs priority so it wouldn't be months. He said if we did not purchase a unit from giant RV and just brought it in for repairs, we were the lower priority, but it still wouldn't be months. That statement contradicted what I've seen on reviews so he lost my trust by essentially telling me what he thought I wanted to hear instead of the actual truth. This made me believe he was not trustworthy. What he didn't know was that my family and I were taking time out of our schedule so that we could identify the best unit for us and for additional family members. His attitude combined with the lack of rapport was what ultimately led to us walking out and deciding that we would not be purchasing from him or this company.

Recommend seeing Rick H as a sales person! We came to look at a few trailers and he was very personable and helpful. He put in the work to try and find what we were looking for and took into consideration what we need! Definitely request him as your sale's person!

Stay clear of Giant RV. I'm sure you will be treated well from their sales department. Salespeople are charmers. But before you buy you should check out their service department as you will most likely use them after your purchase. We purchased our RV out of state, but used Giant RV for our recalls because they were the closest dealership to us. I wished I would have read the reviews before we took our RV to them on April 24. After a few weeks we contacted our service advisor Tom Horgan, as we were not being updated on any information. We were told that they were waiting on parts. After about 5 weeks I asked if they knew if the part from Suburban had been shipped out yet and if they had a tracking number and I was told "be patient these things take time" and "in all my years in service I've never been given a tracking number" and "it's out in the shipping world somewhere". He showed no interest looking into where our part was. So we contacted Suburban ourselves and was told they shipped the part out in early May and tracking showed Giant RV received it 2 days later. At this point that was 6 weeks ago. Our service advisor states they never received it and said "unfortunately for you we will have to start this process all over". Another comment from our service advisor was "unfortunately for you we can't release your RV to you due to safety issues on the recall". After contacting Suburban, they sent the part out next day and provide us with a tracking number. How much longer would have our RV sat on their lot if we haven't gotten involved? Then when we finally got our RV back, it looked like a 9yr. old caulked around the stove, two screw grommets were missing and the ignitor is not working. We contacted Giant RV to get this fixed. After our previous experience will were not willing to have our RV held hostage on their lot for weeks, possibly months, so we asked for a same day appointment to have it looked at it. We were even willing to bring it down for inspection and then reschedule for the fix, a normal practice used by other dealerships. All we wanted was the ignitor fix, I order new grommets and cleaned the caulking around the stove. We even removed the microwave for easy access. They absolutely will NOT do a same day appointments or even have a technician look at it on you appointment day. Appointments are a parking spot on their lot to be queued in with "170" other RVs, and don't forget while it sits there, they are not responsible for theft or vandalism and they recommend removing all your personal items before leaving it with them. Never did I receive an apology or even the slightest amount of care from the service advisor or the service manager Tom Decker. We will be taking our RV somewhere else to have it fix and pay out of pocket for what they broke.

Update: You all saw it here! Tom's excuses and saying he was going to call us and send the tech out the next week... As expected that never happened! Another fine example of the management leading Colton Giant RV! Update: This could have been an easy quick fix. One call to the manufacturer less than 5 minutes on the phone. Confirming the correct part needed, 5 days shipping from Indiana and a very simple explanation of how to install vs 3 months of lies, run around and lack of understanding of what customer service means and having to go all the way to the President of the company. Even after the President was involved you lied to his staff! They even recommended going to the corporate location instead of your site! The worst so called service experience ever!! Do not and will not ever recommend the Colton Giant RV! Definitely service location remorse! Update: On 8/1 Tom D left a message for us stating his parts department did some research and there is a BBQ that goes on the brackets. He was ordering the BBQ and would call us as soon as it came in and send the tech back out to install. As you can see from his response below today, 14 days after his message, it appears to be a song and dance once again and nothing close to customer service. Update: it just gets worse! Corporate has to get involved to get any response from Tom the Service Manager! Finally get the part that was missing from sale and it's the wrong part! Calls us the next morning to tell us he will take care of it and call us that afternoon with an update and no surprise, no call! Try to call no answer their phones transfer to corporate! No concept of customer service at all!

Firstly, we did get a great deal and the salesman to the finance person to the man who did the walk through with us was helpful & friendly and from what we could tell, very truthful. During the walkthrough we were told that the refrigerator was on but it had only been on for a few minutes and that it takes 24 hours to be completely cold so we trusted that everything was fine. Fast forward 2 weeks, we're getting ready to go camping and the refrigerator isn't cooling at all. I tried calling the salesman and service, who forwarded me to the vm of the man we did the walk through with. I've left messages for both with no return call. I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt but we will not be going back as it became obvious it was all about the sale. Very unfortunate and now we have to deal with a non operating refrigerator on a brand new camper. Zero customer service.

I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible experience my husband and I had at Giant RV. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot, we were greeted by a salesperson named Robert, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our entire journey. He patiently listened to our needs, preferences, and concerns, taking the time to understand our vision for our future adventures. With his extensive knowledge of the various models and features, he expertly guided us towards options that perfectly suited our requirements, ensuring that we made an informed decision. Jeffery Runnels in Service & warranty has helped me on several minor warranty items on our 2022 travel trailer. He & Laura have both made it very easy to deal with & have been extremely informative on our experience thus far with our trailer. I highly recommend Giant Rv cause of our experience with them.

I purchased a 5th Wheel and picked it up a couple weeks ago. The next day I had trouble disconnecting the Trailer from the hitch that they installed. I sent several photos and asked if they could call me to help get the trailer properly and safely disconnected. I am new to owning a trailer so I had hoped to get some assistance to be sure I was not doing something unsafe. I was ignored and never received any response. Seems like once the deal was done they did not feel the need to help me. Very disappointing to say the least.

Update: After 2 weeks since our initial operations presentation when picking up our new rv. I needed a reminder of how some detailed procedures needed to be done. I reached out to our assigned Giant RV operations specialist Kenny via the phone for help. He patiently re-walked me through the black, grey tank dumping and non-potable water procedures over the phone. This was a very uncomfortable situation and something I did NOT want to mess up but his knowledge and clarity helped me this very uncomfortable process, one done with confident and ease. Kenny, "thank you for your time and patience. I truly appreciated your last minute help" !

I had to get my hitch adjusted and couldn't be more happy with the service I received. I was greeted right away and was assigned to work with Danny, who facilitated the work to his technician, Juan, who completed the work very quickly. The hitch was properly adjusted and I was back on the road within an hour.
