Needed help with building a Utility/worklights system for our box trucks, younger kid that was in the front which he gave off a socially awkward feel was helping me I told him I would buy everything from them if they would help Give me instruction on how to install and everything I needed. I have minimal knowledge of electrical! The kid went to ask supervisor if they would accommodate my request and came out with the excuse. They’re really busy. so I ask well can you help me get the supplies I need and do you know everything that I will need he answered. Yes, then we go over to the lights to look at which lights. He asked my budget I tell him as cheap as possible then proceeds to ask me what I needed I tell him what kind of light, and then he plays dumb, just like shuts off. ?no customer service horrible awkward feeling. I even told them upfront I will purchase everything from them in return for a little instruction and knowledge on what I need to buy and what would be the best application for my needs. !
