I went on Friday 28th in the afternoon. I saw $4.26 as the total. I gave the cashier $5.50 , she gave me back 96 cent. Instead of her telling me what I seen was the sub total. She was rude about it. I don't think she knows how to count money.

Was for the first time in this store on MT. Vernon and had a blast even dough I lost 20 bucks but the crew in here are the best Dollar tree I experienced. Keep the great work definitely I will go back.

Oh myyyyy GOSH! This has got to be the WORST ,DIRTIEST Mess of a Dollar tree I have EVER experienced! UNBELIEVABLE! This was my 2nd visit to this store. My first visit I felt the store very unorganized and a horrible mess in total. I thought maybe it was just a busy day and sometimes things get a little out of hand... But after coming here again, I will NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN! COMPLETE TRASH!!! I just don't know how the ownership is allowing us to go on or if they're even aware. Perhaps if it's the staff wasn't walking around UNPROFESSIONALLY talking on her phone ( ear buds) on a personal call while opening a box in the aisle would ACTUALLY be working, things wouldn't be in such dismay. Video below will show you exactly a taste of what I saw ... honestly if I could give no stars that would've been my number one option.

The dollar store is ok you can tell that they don't pay for repairs and the customer service I have experience has been good it's mostly the same 2 people (they are really sweet). If you expect everything to be organized and clean might not be what you want but what can you expect at a dollar store?

I came here being in the neighborhood and grab a few last Valentines items. The cashier "Steven" was wonderful and even though it was super busy and he was the only register open he was very nice, polite and quick. I told him I appreciate him telling us "thank you for your patience while in line waiting!" Not many employees mention these kind of things now a days. To kudos to him for his professionalism and niceness in retail.

Unprofessional clerks a worker by the name of Jaia there who claims to be a assistant manager (I believe thats what her name was she was heavy set with some skin issues and tall ) I believe her name tag said her name was Jaia ) anyway she obviously was unfit and unfit to do her job, she was rude to not just me but to alot of other customers in the store as well. Alot of people left and didn't buy anything for her ugly attitude. She obviously needs to be re trained nobody is going to put up with that-

The store is very hot and makes it hard to shop so I know it's harder for the workers to work hope it get fixed soon
