If you see a 1 star. It's usually the people who are caught stealing and want revenge. Not to mention, the people who don't want to check out through the self check out and get ugly with the workers that can't defend themselves.Keep up the good work DG!

Went to this store to shop for some gifts. Git some clearance items and read the sign completely it stated ALL PINK SQUARE SUMMER ITEMS WERE 50%. The place where we got the items said nothing about exclusions. When it came time to ring up the items, the wrong up wrong. So I let the lady know. So she goes down a completely different isles that was 4 isles away and grabbed some random signs. She had such a rude disrespectful Attitude and stated oh some one must have moved them over there." Then when she was asked for her name she said don't worry about it. AWFUL PLACE TO SHOP IF YOU HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THAT WORKING THERE. WHAT HAS HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE APPARENTLY THIS STORE DONT CARE ABOUT THAT.

The older woman manager double scans some of my items to charge me twice and the cashier's were trying to give me change from their donation boxes set up on the cash register, that's where all the donations are going? This place went from good to bad in this so called upgrade...

Worse Costumer service experience, Employees don’t have Respect for clients. They don’t want to double check sales since they tent to scan your items multiple times and when you check multiple items for them to boil them they don’t want to , “ because if they remove something from your transaction it messes up their Box” The store is so unorganized and things all over the floor. The Register is so messy and employees rather be on their phone then to clean their area or help customers on floor or at check out.
