Not only did they cleaned my car but they restored my headlights like no one else.

This place is great with the cleaning and detailing part. They are very thorough, and the retailers work extremely hard. The only issue is that they are short staff, and extremely slow. I just had cleaning and light armoral service and it took 2 hours. If they get more staff, then this place could be hoppin!

I have a lowered vehicle with oversized wheels, which typically would not fit through any conventional roller. Thankfully, they offer a true hand washing service for only slightly more than the regular wash. They took care of the vehicle and really got it as clean as reasonable and even vacuumed a majority of the pet hair inside. For a nominal fee, they'll spend extra time to make sure it all gets cleaned out. If I'm ever in the area in need of a wash, I'll happily look them up.

Another business bites the dust. Beware of the so call waterd down solution they call armorall for tire dressing. Been going to this carwash for awhile. Decided to get a wash package which included armorall exterior and tire dressing. The next day I noticed the sides of my truck was covered with oil spots, from the front to the back on both sides. I called the carwash several times but no answer. The following day I took my truck back and showed the manager the condition of my truck. The manager said "yes that happens sometimes especially when the weather is hot". He told me "no worries, I'll take care of it for you" I then made arrangements to bring my truck back the following morning. The manager greeted me and assured me he would take care of it. He re washed my truck and wanted to charge me $19.00 for the wash. He said he had to charge me because it was my fault I didn't bring it back immediately and then accused me of causing the problem by going though water. So tired of businesses not taking responsibility for their actions, blaming the customers and making the customers financially responsible for their actions. Done with Colton Carwash

Whoever is the manager on Sundays should be fired just seen him over working he's 4 employees while he just "does tickets " I'm a loyal customer to this location and if there isn't no change I will take my business elsewhere!!

Took over an hour and didn't touch the inside. Didn't touch the inside windows either. They only washed the outside for $30. What a total RIPOFF. Will NEVER come back again. And they don't gaf either. STEER CLEAR. Damn CROOKS. Fight charges... they don't clean your car.

Worse ever wash service I’ve ever had. Nobody to guide you into the place. The guy vacuuming only did the bare minimum. Don’t vacuum the whole vehicle. Still dirt on my Tahoe. There are 3 people running the whole place. Shoulda listened to my instinct and left. Lazy workers. What a waste of money.

Their process is very slow. It took 2 hours to get a basic car wash. The wash was good but wouldn't wait that long again.

Years ago this was the best car wash in this entire area, the employees looked professional, the place was clean, and the waiting room was perfumed, now it is a mess, dirty, it stinks of dirt inside, it looks like someone is living inside, a total lack of control, and the workers are not polite at all, I will never return, disgusting
