“Janet from the store went above and beyond. I’ve shopped at old navy for over 15 years and I’ve never met a worker like her. She was welcoming, very sweet, very informative, and actually cared about the people she was dealing with. I don’t think a worker can get better than her, and not only that she does things with intention. I don’t even think she realizes but she makes a difference just with her presence. I never really do reviews but I need the company to know they have a jewel on their hands. Thank you Janet for your time and it was a pleasure meeting you. We need more Janet’s in this world! “I love coming here. She always has a great selection and everything is clean. If an item does have spots or stains on it she either won’t sell it or will sell it at a cheaper price. Everything is very reasonably priced, too. I would give 10 stars if I could.”

“Back to school shopping with the twins was a breeze thanks to Old Navy. They had some great dales and a nice selection of jeans, pants, and shorts. My girls found exactly what they wanted and then some. All the employees were friendly and welcoming. Especially the young lady working the changing rooms. The store is super clean and @ the perfect temperature especially during this IE heat. My only complaint is that they don't have a great selection of young ladies/women's shirts. They had a lot of bodysuits and super frilly shirts. My girls really didn't dig em. So they only got jeans, pants, and shorts. Overall Old Navy was great experience and we picked up some great finds for the new school year! I definitely recommend coming by and checking them out.”
“Always clean and the staff is always courteous. They have pretty good deals all year long, clothes are good quality and do last. However, their jeans and some other bottoms tend to fit tighter than their sister branch Old Navy.”

Would be nice to see someone near the entrance to ask for direction in such a big store, and to see employees near the clothing Dept’s.”

“I didn't even know this place existed until recently. They were having a special for kids haircuts and I thought I would try this salon. My daughter has sensory difficulties and the staff here was amazing at accommodating her. This was the first hair cut in 5 years that didn't end in tears. Jessie listened to my little girl and made adjustments throughout the entire time. Jessie was calm and fun at the same time. She gave clear and simple directions to my daughter when the scissors came out. The other staff members were also knowledgeable about my questions on "swim hair" and gave me good advice. I will definitely be back.”
