“I had made reservations with enterprise, the day of my reservation enterprise called me 30 min before my pick up to cancel me. Having no where to go and finding a car was like a needle in a haystack! I called Avis, Sonia from the beginning was Amazing with her customer service and friendliness. She booked a car, I came 1 hour after and was able to enjoy a small getaway with my family!!! Everything was smooth from refunds, to prices. “Just wanted to share, I bought a van here about 3 years ago and was so very happy to find something that fit all my needs. Unfortunately, it's had a few problems some we've been able to fix and one we're still working on. But through it all everyone there has been very kind and concerned and understanding. We rented a car in Phoenix with one of our tires having tire pressure lower than the others, not too surprise when we arrived in CA, it’s getting too low and we were worried about our safety if we keep driving. We searched for the closest budget location and came here. Mr Holt was super friendly and showed he shared the same concerns about our safety, and helped us change our vehicle smoothly! “I worked at this company for 11 months. I truly believe you get what you give. If you give 100% your work will show for you. If you only do partial work — that will also show and you will be held accountable for it. Know that the company is growing and expanding. With that means not everything is perfect. But it is do-able. Communication and documentation is key! Ensure you always cover your end and don’t be afraid to share your thoughts or insights. In my position as a utilization coordinator I ran numbers a lot. I enjoyed my position. My coworkers truly did make the environment fun. I read other reviews but they are from different points of views. My point of view is an on-site staff non-hybrid. However, when it came to scheduling as I did also do scheduling I can say sometimes the employee to consumer ratio can be off. There are many factors to this such as holidays, vacations, caregivers working off schedules, consumers requesting a schedule in which there is a high need for but not enough caregivers available during that time. Upper management have multiple meetings a week. With this means many concerns are brought to their attention in regards to their department — communicate with your supervisor any/all barriers you are facing. But also take the feedback they are giving you and implement it. But don’t be afraid to pitch ideas as well. My last and final thought, the owners… they truly do take time to get to know their employees. They were flexible with me when it came to school and my dogs (I don’t have kids) so when it came to needing to stay home they truly do listen to your needs and try to make something work.”

“Awesome experience because of Miquella's help & a great rental car.There was a crazy storm for about 2wks straight and this Enterprise is very close to home. First time renting a vehicle ever so I wanted something luxurious. Originally, I wanted the Audi A5 but on the day of rental, a representative called early to inform me it wasn't available and an Audi Q5 or Mustang were my options. I picked the Audi Q5 to enjoy the newer Audi interior and it was also a blessing in disguise because the storm flooded the streets so this SUV did great!Miquella handled my transactions smoothly and answered all questions with enthusiasm. I'll definitely rent another vehicle here next time, thanks lady! ?”

“I came to this spot after having a horrible experience at Hertz that made me never want to go back to them. When I came here I noticed the worker there Ahnie was super polite and sweet with every single customer she came in contact with. I had to wait in line when I got there and noticed she really had amazing customer service. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and does good job as well. First time was an airport rental for the weekend, Jessie was prompt and was on time for drop off; I rented out a red Jeep truck, the price was right compared to other rental agencies, everyone was checking it out, it was super clean inside and out. “Heading into Monday I wasn’t happy with Enterprise at 8868 Sierra Ave. Well! I have been humbled again. I would have never guessed that genuine, honest business practices still exist in today’s world. Alleycat, thank you for changing my perspective of Enterprise. This morning I was not looking forward to the whole thing, now, I am as happy now as when I picked up my personal car from the shop in Fontana that Saturday. “The rental experience here was okay. The clerk is very helpful but he really needs help. He runs the front desk and cleans the vehicle. I had to leave and run errands then return to wait twenty more minutes to pick up. Also there isn't any overnight parking here, no pickup or dropoff either. So just be prepared for that. Otherwise the vehicle was decent and price was standard.”

“The process was quick and easy. I had prepaid for the vehicle online, so when I showed up I just needed to give them my ID and CC. Once I signed over the documents and was told what I signing I was given the keys. They have signs posted as a reminder to return the car with a full tank of gas, maintain the car clean, etc. When we dropped off the car, they had someone go look at the car and once they called the representative that was helping me, I was given my receipt and a reminder that my deposit will be returned. Overall, satisfied and will definitely return.”

“So most of these complaints are coming from students fresh from their parent's homes and expecting the top notch luxury they are accustomed to. These are student apartments people. You're expected to get a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. People complaining that their roommate leaves trash everywhere and doesn't do dishes is beyond ridiculous. Tim (manager) has been very professional and kind to me every time I called, stopped by or emailed for something. Complaints that they don't take cash? If you're mad at a leasing office for not taking cash, you should still be living at home. You can always pay with a money order for no additional fee. Maintenance has always been responsive and helped with issues we were having or provided a time frame that they would be there to fix it. The occasional washing machine or dryer won't work but if you tell the leasing office, they'll let you switch your stuff to another machine and they'll pay for your load to get done!”
