Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this place. I received amazing customer service. Sonia was very friendly. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I reserved a 26 foot truck with a liftgate online. They actually had the truck when I got there to pick it up. Equipment isn't brand new but everything worked on the truck. As a general rule when I rent anything, I always take a thorough walk around video of the condition. I accidentally left my office keys behind in the truck. Paula helped me find them the next day. Life saver!

Website says they close at 2pm on Saturday and at 12:30 they were closed!!!! Also recorded message says the same!!!!At .79 a mile that is not good to have to come back the followimg day

This budget rental place is terrible. I am a FedEx contractor out of Bloomington, CA. I rented a 26 ft truck there for a week and returned it back today. I went there with my manager and asked my manager if he needs diesel to get to the level of diesel we got it and he said yes and it has to be half tank and he went and did half tank. Then when we went there to leave that truck. There was a lady there with the name of Sonia and she claimed she is the manager there.she was so rude and unprofessional. She told us it has to be full tank. My manager said it was half tank when we got the truck. She said no you should have taken picture of that! This is steeling money from a customer. We went to a gas station on the other side of her place and made it full tank diesel. When we went back she said this is not full tank and tried to argue with my manager. I checked out the tank and told her there is no space for more diesel and may be the gauge of the truck is wrong. But she responded very unprofessional to me and my manager. I never ever rent any truck for my business there .I will report her to the Budget headquarter. I do not recommend this place for any rental car or trucks and strongly suggest to get your rental from another Budget rental that the staffs are professional and respect their customers.

I rented a truck on October 23 for one day. A 16 foot truck. The truck broke down after we loaded the truck with boxes and a couple of shelves. I've been dealing with this cold and location trying to get them to close out my contract for the last two days. The lady who is infamous for being rude on the Google review platform informed me I have to wait my turn. What do you mean I have to wait my turn the truck broke down close out the contract so I can call customer service and file a complaint to get my money back by beware this is a location where they don't care about customers at all. Buyer beware

We reserved a 14ft commercial truck rental yesterday, and we just got here to pick up our truck and all they had available was a van. Also, we were told we needed to insure the vehicle when the website did not specify this at all. So far I'm very unhappy with how misleading the reservation vs. availability at the location and cost us going to be. I feel like they've wasted our time and we were forced to use a smaller vehicle and double the trip or else we would have had to reschedule our whole move

If I could give a negative star I would. Listen to the reviews yall. Do not come here. Sonia is horrible. Her grandpa or something must be the owner cause how in the hell does she still have a job it's clear the same horrible customer service experience I had is not too different from others according to the reviews. She sucks, her personality is bad, horrible customer service, just rude. I will never ever ever be back and I'm getting in touch with the BBB

If I could give -3 stars I would. Sonia at the Colton location lacks customer service skills as well as communication skills. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A RENTAL COMPNY. Fortunately I was able to speak to someone in their main office with some customer service skills and got the problem resolved. I will NEVER use that location again. Sonia was rude and did not offer any solutions. She needs help....please someone get her some training!

After renting a truck with a dead battery and receiving a super glued ignition key, I can honestly say that Budget/Avis will never receive my money again. I am very disappointed in their customer service and lack of where with all. Penske May be more expensive, but at least they done give you faulty machinery.

Before you rent! Listen to the reviews. I made a reservation online through the hopper app which said no young driver fees or deposit required but as soon as I enter the front desk lady said I would need a "major" credit card with a $200 refundable deposit + my rental fee itself because I am below 25y/o. When I showed her my hopper app reservation she simply looked like she didnt know what I was talking about & asked if I wanted to cancel as if she was just trying to get me out of there asap lol don't come here save you money & use TURO at least they're honest about their fees upfront so you don't waste your time.

I should have read the reviews and paid attention to all the 1 ratings. The day before i move i get the message sorry no trucks available and there are no trucks available anywhere around here. You can call back this number quickly or call customer service. Both numbers no answer of course and hang up after 4 rings and they are unavailable to leave a message. Who got my truck that was reserved months ago and why? Another red flag is no response from the owner to rectify the problem except one in 3 years. luckily i found another truck only 25 miles away. UPDATE. The truck I found 25 miles away was unfortunately also from budget. I received a nice call later that night to confirm my rental. They were even nice enough to give me directions to their new, closer office. She was very nice but right before she ended the call she informed me they didn't have the truck I reserved, but they had a nice van waiting for me in the morning. I rarely leave bad reviews but this is one time they deserved the lowest of scores
