He has Horrible managing skills and horrible communication on the owner. He called and asked for my services and when I showed up I introduced my self and he was very disrespectful of the start. Yelled at me when I told him my price for a service he wanted. I told him it was ok if he no longer wanted my service but to not patronize me and insult me. We went back and forth and eventually I raised my voice back at him but he was very disrespectful! He was upset my price was too high so I asked him what he charged for an oil change and he responded in which I said “ do it for $10 dollars” he said “you know how how much oil is “ I said “ EXACTLY!” this is a business not a charity ! I don’t tell you how I change your price so you don’t tell me to change my price.

My family was traveling through the area when our truck stopped working. We went to a few other places that weren’t willing to help us. Alex the owner immediately took our truck in. They recommended we hang out at the park just down the street. They said it would take 2 hours and they were done before 2 hours. His wife was at the shop on her day off cleaning and talked with me while my husband went to get cash. She was very sweet.

B&A is by far the best auto shop in the area. The technicians are knowledgeable and honest, and the quality of service is extremely high. Alex took my vehicle in after the shop had closed and repaired it quickly for a fair price.
I will always recommend this place.

I've been going to B&A for almost 5 years now. They regularly service both my vehicles exceptionally well. I've needed major repairs for my 4runner and Colorado (valves/sensors/electrical/brake cylinder/AC) . B&A have always gotten our vehicles done quickly and under budget. Alex, the owner is very thorough and polite. You can't ask for anything more from an honest mechanic!
