Poor customer service overall. From the moment you show up no one greets you. I remember being outside for over 20 minutes waiting for assistance which I had to go inside to ask for it. They just stay inside. Unless you're an experienced person with car dealers this isn't where you want to go for a first time car buyer. They just wait for you and even then car shopping and asking for a test drive is a hassle for they only let you test drive once.

After explaining all of the issues that follow and them not making it right after one year...here is my whole hearted attempt to persuade you to NOT buy a vehicle here..Extremely unprofessional dealership! Buy somewhere else!Sold "perfect condition" vehicle misrepresented.Vehicle arrived shipped with:-Damage that was not mentioned and was not caused by shipper. You can tell it was pre-existing because it was weathered in. As in quarter size dent/scratch on door from a few years ago sort of thing.-RPM gauge was not working.-Check Engine came on after driving two trips that were less than 5 miles. -Bump stops under vehicle were destroyed.-The radio was not working, someone had pulled the fuse.-Oil temperature gauge also was not working.-Missing bumpstops in hood.-A/C Blend door not working.-Did a tune up on vehicle immediately because the poor thing needed it! Original spark plugs on a 2006! The year is 2020!-Dealer said they would include two key fobs. Only sent One fob. Said they would send later because it was forgotten there, turns out it never existed. Asked them to at least fix this and took them a year to finally say they would pay for half the cost to replace the key fob! I mentioned all of this immediately after receiving and after they said they "would make it right"... began the ignoring and never calling back or answering. I texted from different numbers, got a couple hopeful responses...then nothing..I paid for "perfect" vehicle as stated through representative named Leo, and it was NOT perfect. Told Leo he should be ashamed of his offer to pay for HALF of the key fob. I usually don't leave reviews, I should have gotten an inspection on truck before buying, because they have proven to be misrepresenting vehicles. I made the mistake on taking their word for a perfect vehicle with no issues...What really convinced me to leave this review is the fact that they have the nerve to offer to pay for half the key fob when they promised to include two! I even negotiated to pay for part of shipping if they included the fob and turns out they do free shipping. After explaining all of these issues and them not making it right after one year...here is my whole hearted attempt to persuade you to not buy a vehicle here..I offered them opportunity to make this right, they ignored me so here is my review. GO elsewhere! If you are forced to buy here, get an inspection by a professional company. That is my warning. Good luck..Attached pictures show last communication from July 2020 to now.Mind you, this transaction occurred Fall 2019. So I was waiting for resolution or some sort of correction since Fall 2019! I hid the phone numbers for privacy.

went to santa ana this weekend so I thought ima drive to Colton Ca to check out automotriz michoacan I got there the lot was empty no good trucks no one came out to ask if we needed help they had an escalade but it looked messed up had a 4door Silverado looked like it had been hit on the passenger side they had sierra Denali but no info on any of the windows from what i saw i dont think i would buy from here i left thinking all there trucks a messed up it doesn’t seem like a trusty dealer people dont go here youll be disappointed
