I was helped by Liz and Virginia. They gave me all the details about the car and set me up with an appointment right away! I have limited credit history and these awesome people did everything they could to get me financed. I really appreciate the lengths they went to in order to get me the car I so badly needed for work. The experience was hassle free and fast. Thank you all for your help!Edit: I stand by my previous post about how helpful the staff was here in helping me finance a car. But word of caution, get your car a full inspection as soon as possible. I’ve had my car for less than a month and now have to put almost $1500 in repairs to prevent it from breaking down on me. Some of the repairs are basic maintenance that should have been performed before I got the car such as oil and fluids change, and a dangerously corroded drive belt. I know now that these dealerships do not always have your best interest in mind. Lesson learned. I have contacted the dealership and have not heard back.

I’ve been looking for cars and I was on carfax and this dealer popped up and great reviews but sadly almost all there cars popped up with a salvage title and accident reported . It’s sad an unfortunate because I was like the price seems good for me to come down and check and possibly trade in but after finding out the truth I can see why the price is cheaper than other competitors.

AMAZING! I came into Autohaus to purchase my first vehicle and was immediately helped by one of the dealers. Treated us like family, super honest about everything, and all around a great smooth experience. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I was referred to Autohaus by my dad after looking for cars at another dealership, so I came here with my dad and was immediately interested to buy the Nissan 370z Roadster (which was in pretty good condition considering the age). The sales associate and owner were very nice and pleasant to work with before, during and after transaction. So I recommend this place if anyone's looking to buy. I love my Z and will be back for a secondary car to purchase in the future.

fake asf said nothing was wrong with the car we come to check it out and its tooken apart and they are repainting a scratch and the transmission is busted

If you’re looking to buy a car I suggest you go somewhere else. I bought a bmw from here and was told from Moe that the car was in working condition and nothing was wrong with it. Not even 2 weeks later after purchasing my car it breaks down and gives me the drive train malfunction. Took it to go get fixed and still had to pay out of pocket because the insurance didn’t cover it. Thought everything was said and done then not even a week passes by and I get the same situation AGAIN. I go and get it fixed again spending another $150 on a tow truck.. just to be told to leave it turned off for a while because bmws tend to do that. Now because of all of this, my car has now bigger issues and Have to pay $2400 out of pocket to fix the fuel pumps. when I tried talking to Moe about these issues and why he never told me about this from the beginning than just lying to my face he begins to blame me saying this car has all of these problems because it was my fault. I’ve only had this car for about 2 and a half months and I’ve already spent more money out of pocket fixing this car than what I actually spent on the down payment. Moe tries to make people think that he’s a genuine guy but he will just skimp you out of a car. Listen to the bad reviews and would safely suggest you go to a regular dealership or a different dealership that you would feel is more well known.

This place is absolutely terrible. Do not!!! I repeat DO NOT get a vehicle from this place. I got a vehicle from them and it literally broke down 2 days later. I called them to see if they can get it fixed it. After arguing with Moe for over 30 min he finally agreed to get it fixed but I had to pay to get it towed out there. I live 2 hours away. Once the car was fixed I went to pick it up and literally 2 weeks later it broke down again. This time he said it was my fault and I had to get it fixed which I did. 3 days later I wake up to go to work my car isn’t outside. I call the police to report it stolen come to find out the vehicle had been repossessed. The messed up part about it is I wasn’t even behind on my payments. 4 days later I still don’t have the car nor have they allowed me to get my property out the vehicle. The only reason he gave me for repossessing the car was that he didn’t like the way I talked to him and he was teaching me a lesson which is absolutely illegal. It’s a terrible place to get a car from. The management is terrible. Even the lady at the front desk has a bad attitude. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!This is a response to the owner whose just so overwhelmingly helpful and sooooooo customer friendly ?When we looked at the car the battery was dead not because it was a bad battery but because the alternator was already messed up the only reason why it worked for 2 days is because you put a newer battery in it. So when you replaced the messed up alternator it was fine with the speakers still in it. It had absolutely nothing to do with the speakers. Everything I asked you to fix were problems that were originally there when I got the car but of course you didn’t have the decency to fix it. Just to make everything worse when we finally got the car back after you had it repossessed the bumper was all messed up & of course I had to pay to get that fixed too. ONCE again I REPEAT DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!! And I would appreciate it if you would stop trying to steal money out MY account since it’s my “girlfriend” car.
