I am very impressed by Markiesha professionalism and knowledge. She notarized a document for my son's school and she was able to identify and address issues with the form before sending it off. I will definitely be back to see her this Tax Season, because I am confident that she will have my best interest at heart and get me the biggest refund possible.

I tried calling and no answer. I figured it was still 40 minutes before closing time so I went and of course there was no one there.

I have tried to come here twice now during their normal business hours during the week and they are always closed. Both times during normal posted business hours. They also never answer their phone. All in all doesn't seem like a very professional business, especially during tax season; what should be their busiest season. They say appointment only but they never answer their phone so I can make one.

Markiesha did a great job with my fingerprinting--she was really patient with getting the fingerprints just right and has a great attitude. I would definitely go back. :)

Perfect place to get scammed out of $70. I did live scan finger prints there and the lady didn't include my social security number. No refund either!

If I could leave no stars I would. I went to go do my Live Scan fingerprints here while in pharmacy technician school. I was busy with school and low on cash so I went here as well as three other of my classmates instead of the SBPD. Two months after graduation I received a letter from the Board of Pharmacy saying the Live Scan Operator ommited my social security number which voided my application. I looked up the times of operation to go speak to the operator that did my fingerprints and found out I could only go Saturday due to my work schedule. I went Saturday to find out the times posted on Google and on the door of the business were out of date. I called the number on a paper attached to the door which turned out to be the operator's personal number. I explained to her that she ommited my number and that my career would be in danger due to her mistake. She answered that the BOP doesn't require a social security number for my application. She also told me she could do another one for an additional charge. She also told me the newest hours of operation which did not work with my work schedule. I told her that hours wouldn't work so she suggested for me to come during my lunch. (A few months prior she didn't have her notary stamp at her office for a self query that I also needed for my application so I had to wait an extra day to get my paperwork stamped, on top of that she didn't write a date neat enough so I had to go back to her office to have her correct it because it was rejected by the BOP). By that point I was done talking to her so I txted her a photo of my letter from the Board of pharmacy to show her in writing that SHE MADE THE MISTAKE and told her on what times I'd be avaible since. Since she works as a mobile notary her schedule is flexible. She was responsive through txt but stopped replying once I told her that her hours didn't work for me. No refund was given. The blatant disrespect and most notably the waste of my time left me dissapointed. I shouldn't have to bend over backwards to fix someone's mistake. She should have done something considering the number of people that contacted her. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Went here for a live scan, but she didn't include my SSN while submitting my application and now I have to resubmit another one. There goes $70 down the drain. If you are looking to get your live scan done look else where.
