So I came in about 7pm on the 18 the of December. There were 2 young girls working. When I asked for assistance from one she acted as if I interrupted her "important" conversation". and conferred to her coworker who helped and was nice. When I went to pay they gave no inclination which register to pay until she said uh here. I asked a question she replied no which must be the only ampm who down carry them but ok that's fine. Still ignoring me during my transaction I scanned my own points she was irritated if she was paying attention I wouldn't have to do her job!!. I paid them with my hit coco I'll drive anywhere else then here EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Every time I stop by the restroom is a complete mess, no toilet paper, no seat covers, urinals clogged, and the cashiers don't do anything about it but. Maybe i should should contact a health inspector or county inspector since management hasn't done anything

Prejudice, profiling and rude disrespectful employees. Bathrooms are filthy. Parking lot and store are filthy also. Employees are more concerned with the harassing the homeless rather than attending to customers and store maintenance and services. Rather pay more for gas at the Chevron across the way or pay the homeless to pump my gas they have better customer service presentation than the workers employed there! ?

I went through the car wash today and paid for the "platinum ". It's supposed to include the tire dressing... it is not what I got. I previously went there and the same thing happened. Ok maybe it wasn't working that time. This time I watched to see what i was actually paying. The light was flashing for the GOLD wash. I brought to the attendants attention, he must not have understood English. Paid 18.00 for what? They vacuum area is worse. They only have two working.. they raised their prices, but not their quality. I usually go across the street to the chevron for 12.00. I know where I'm going next time. Don't waste your money!

Today at around 530ish am I went to this store and the "manager didn't give me correct change and when I tried to tell him he accused me of stealing my own money I will not ever be returning here he was rude and had an attitude about it when all I was asking for was correct change I wonder how many other people hes done it to?? Hmmm I will be making sure EVERYONE ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA APPS KNOW THIS!! If he's the manager he needs to learn how to talk to people

Really bad experience at this location the car wash never works the gasoline staff really rude at me when I place a complaint the Manager or owner ask me to leave and him and his employees show no costumer service I never come back here

This place is off the hook I go in to get a coffee grab one of those cards and automatically start having a conversation with albert about not having enough change on the cashier. So he saids that's ok just give 2 for the coffee and I do so in all reality he save me 69cents. Anytime I'm out and I save money I know deep down that I am blessed thank you albert for making my day.

Place is very filthy with trash all over the ground outside near pumps and car wash area. Homeless all over the place laying down and making you feel unsafe while washing your car. I have a monthly account for the car wash which i will cancel because it's always closed and the vaccums never work, the guy's say it's closed because of lack of maintenance.

I have been going there every morning before work and it's just getting worse! The homeless sleep in the breezeway and have been cleaning the coffee area while I'm making my coffee which is very unsanitary!, 1 homeless man very filthy cleaned the coffee area and approached the cashier and was given money this is crazy! I will not be going to this store any more!
