A to Z my experience with 4 West was fantastic! I contacted them to re-gear my truck. Louie was great on the phone answering all my questions and was able to get me out the door pricing right away. They scheduled and completed the work way faster than I expected. I'm totally happy with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Thanks 4 West team!

Wow! I thought I needed an alignment on my Rubicon. 4 West team looked it over (probably 30 minutes or so of effort) they came back and said no alignment needed. AND NO CHARGE! They've earned my trust!

Great experience. Our 2020 Gladiator had developed Death Wobble-- local mechanic didn't have a clue, and we were reluctant to take it to the Jeep dealer. Found 4 West on Yelp, and noticed that not only do they specialize in Jeeps, but several of the reviews mentioned Jeep Death Wobble and that 4 West had solved their problem.Made an appointment with Josh. Came in and were greeted by Rick, the owner, who is expert on all things 4 Wheel and all things Jeep. Owns a Gladiator, and has been doing this stuff for some 40 years. He took a look, took it for a drive while we had breakfast down the street. Gave us a cost for parts and labor-- we went home, came back 4 hours later and the Jeep drives great. No wobble! Price was reasonable. But the peace of mind for driving a now-safe Jeep is incalculable. Thanks Rick!!

called to ask how much to install a coil spring for an obs ford and they asked me what kind of coil it was. I said pro comp and they said they don't work with that trash, that it's not made in America. did researched and it is American metal. but had called them for other services and they're super expensive. idk how they kept in business for so long.

These guys are there for the people! I highly recommend them. They even started carrying ams oil for our 2 stroke boat and jetskis as well as 2 stroke oil for my dirtbikes. If they don't have it and you will be a loyal customer. They will start carrying the products just for you so you have a local spot to get your favorite products at.

Purchased a new Jeep Willy in April, and my spare tire was recently stolen. Josh was very helpful in processing a replacement tire and rim. He and Rick turned my order, which included gladiator locks and hood locks to secure my vehicle from potential future theft, and installation around quickly. Very satisfied with the service, highly recommend.
