The owner is very approachable and friendly. This gym is great for the average gym goer and the more hardcore regular. Great facilities and accommodations!

I wish all business ran like this gym, from the start of membership it was so easy and stress free. My son really enjoyed his workouts and the gym was clean and comfortable with everything he needed. He is only canceling his membership due to the fact he is leaving for college in another state.
