American River Recreation provides river rafting excursions and camping facilities. It is a closed community facility with tents already setup. The camping facilities are excellent, with very clean and well-maintained bathrooms and showers. Meals are good with typical breakfast choices, and a happy hour features beer, chips, salsa, cheese, hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. The experience is amazing, super fun, and safe for families and first timers. The river guides provide great direction and navigation, making guests feel completely safe. They are knowledgeable, reassuring, and have decades of experience. The trips are described as a totally awesome experience, an excellent adventure, and a huge success. The staff is friendly and hardworking, and the process from booking to the trip is fantastic and convenient. Packages can include a campsite, meals, transportation, and multiple days of rafting, creating a memorable experience guests will never forget.
I stayed one night in the American river recreation. It’s a closed community facility. There are tents which are already setup. Also bathrooms and showers are very clean. I enjoyed staying. The next day morning went for river rafting.
