I love that this place has a great collection of items to choose from. What I don’t like is the cashier always trying to make me buy something else than what I picked. I get it, they probably make commissions out of it but it’s just annoying. I also don’t like the fact that one of the female employees touched me without my consent.

I needed a ton of stuff: Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR) 2. Alpha-Lipoic Acid 3. Vitamin C Supplement 4. L-Tyrosine Supplement 5. 5-HTP Supplement 6: Phosphatidylserine They had EVERYTHING and the dude knew where everything was and omg, it was the best experience ever. Thanks so much.

I like the inventory here they have wonderful quality products, but if you want to find it don't get "service help" as they don't really look to help you find your favorite products. My favorite prenatal vitamins were in stock online so I drove to Colma, then the service personnel asked me what I was looking for? Then without trying he said "we don't have it" and was so quick to suggest a generic brand. I ended up finding it myself, then at check out the cashier didn't wait for me to ask for my receipt to be emailed. He just said well next time I guess! Service is horrible, they don't try Products are great, just look for them yourself

I go to the vitamin shop because it is close to my house. this is my second time feeling racially profiled while shopping. They ask me repeatedly did I need help after i said no thank thank you. When I went up to register the guy proceeded to ask me if I was going to pay for the items in my hand. It's absolutely rude to question a customer if they are going to pay. The reason I don't accept their services is due to the lack of friendliness I've seen and experience. I think if you are a BLACK OR BROWN PERSON WHO WANTS HEALTHY VITMAINS AND CAN TRAVEL SUPPORT RAINBOW GROCERY, they will actually know the products and can better explain. Lastly I would also recommend the the vitamin shoppe on 16th on SF, very friendly people.

Came here for some $1 C4 and OxyShred drinks. The guy who rang us up hooked us up, given that there was a 6 item limit. He told us to grab as much as we wanted, all for $1 each. This also seems to be the best spot for supplements if you need something right away.

Tuesday January 3, 2023, 3:30 PM PDT 1 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ON TUESDAY 1/03/2023 Vitamin Shoppe, 115 Colma Blvd, Colma, CA 94104 I needed a very specialized supplement. I went vitamonshoppe.com and looked at whether this specialized supplement was available to pick-up in the store. It stated, it was available in the store. From the "GET GO, I knew that it was going to be a negative experience customer service experience. The Vitamin Shoppe salesperson, when I ask my question politely, if they had the specialized supplement, gave me quite an incredulous look. Her tone-of-voice was not professional, inappropriate, and off-putting. Her facial expressions were not friendly. She demonstrated to me to be the kind of person not suited for "5 Star Customer Service Experience." The Vitamin Shoppe female salesperson told me that she was going to investigate and research my request on the store's computer. I trusted her in this matter - assuming she would have the professional customer service skills to get back to me with her research results. I was sadly mistaken. While she went to do that, I decided to do the best thorough search I could do by myself for this specialized supplement. What was strange and extremely odd to me, was that there were two (2) customers who lined up to checkout. With these customers the female Vitamin Shoppe salesperson was professional, engaging, positive, and appeared to be really wanting to give good customer service. I did not get this at all. I continued my search. Suddenly I turned around and she was helping another customer. That was an incredulous action to me as the first waiting customer. This female Vitamin Shoppe salesperson never had the professional customer service courtesy to get back to me, as to what and if - her research was successful or not to find my supplement. Great! All I am sure of and quite aware is that this is my FIRST AND LAST TIME, which I am going to attempt to shop at this Vitamin Shoppe 115 Colma Boulevard, CA. I will order my vitamins and supplements online from another vitamin and supplements internet store. This way, I will not have to deal with One (1) Star Vitamin Shoppe Customer Sales Associates.

Awesome clean place. Stocked with a lot of varieties. Biggest shop one I've around in the south bay i think. Nice cold pre workouts and energy drink.
