I wanted to buy a car from you with 0.99 interest. You showed the same price twice. But 1 day before I had to go to pick up the car, you wanted 12 percent interest and a down payment of 17 thousand dollars. This is not fair at all.

Tesla Colma is the only Tesla Location in the SF Bay that sells used Teslas. I have been to Gilroy and Stockton and the cars were trashed by the previous lease owners. I believe Colma must hand pick theirs, because they had some better maintained vehicles than the others. I decided to buy my used Tesla M3 Performance through Tesla Colma.

I was invited by Tesla to attend the Robotaxi event, which was supposed to be a launch event by Tesla in Coma. A woman named Samantha called me, but I couldn’t answer at the time, so she sent me a message. I told her I was excited to go and confirmed my attendance. However, she never followed up with the address and more information. As a result, I missed the event. Worst customer service ever from this store. Choose another one!

Picked up a used car here over a month ago, they said they'd fix the windshield as well as a bunch of scratches on the paint in a localized area, windshield got fixed, scratches did not even though that was one of the major factors in accepting delivery. Seems like they don't care as long as people accept delivery.

Never purchase this stupid car from tesla. I wish they invested some money towards customer service. There is no human who can help me, I spend 50k for this car and I am not able to find a single soul who is ready to hear my problem. Its been 2.5 months and I still didn’t got my number plate. DMV confirmed that Tesla didn’t do the paper work. I was not able to charge the car, coz I didn’t had the right accessory. I am sorry, but I am still not ready to post questions on the tesla forum and wait for 5 days to get a decent response. I want a human to help me understand how this car works. I have BMW, another car and the sales person still send me bday wish and is literally one call away. Super disappointment and I want to know who else share the same pain.

Tesla claims to have a different car buying experience.
It is different alright. Way worse, really a feat!
1. No way to call a store - have to drive 50min to just ask if they can deliver that day or to change seat colors.
2. Arrive there and condescending, arrogant attitude that must be in the company DNA. It is like you are dumb and they ate doing a favor letting you buy the car.
3. Since I could not contact the original dealership (Gilroy) to change seat colors, nor any other person by phone, and the app won't let you either, I cancelled the order and placed a new one at Colma that showed a couple cars with the specs I wanted. Certainly they would credit me the $250 since I was buying the car. (in fact Niko over the phone on his "welcome to tesla" message promised to take care of it - confirmed on a second call, just refund never came and he doesn't answer now)
4. New order they said had no referral, which I certainly did from a link. Logged to my laptop at home, still on that page, produced screenshots, to no avail (after 45min of "let me check with my team" mise en scene where VANESSA acted just like any other traditional dealership "let me check with my boss").
5. I was going to just forget Tesla, lose $500 and get a gas car instead, but decided to go back and place a THIRD order, in front of the poorly trained bad attitude sales person vanessa. This time she saw I started from the referral link, checked all options, paid and lo and behold on her end it showed no referral. She went to "talk to her team" again and in 2 minutes it was applied. So she could certainly correct it the first time - just arrogant "we don't have to sell to you" attitude and total lack of customer service or empathy prevented her the first time.
6. Their deposit is not a deposit like any other honest dealership or business - it is now a fee where it is actually ADDED to the price of the car. So a 50000 car is now 50250. You paid 250, now pay only 50000. They hide that in plain sight, smog taxes, registration etc. Ask others that bought and they will tell you, "no i got it back, it was there in the bill of sale". Now they are very careful to call it a fee not a deposit.
6. Their contract posted online (to this date) says they will start and pay for arbitration after 90 days of unresolved grievances. The contract I actually received says I have to pay. It also says you have to opt out of arbitration by letter within 30 days.
At least even the arbitration company has a clause allowing you to sue them directly in small claims, which I intend to do.
Certainly a new car buying experience. Worse ever.

Smooth delivery! All paperwork was done prior to delivery day through the Tesla app. Arrived on-site, checked in, accepted delivery after inspection and was on my way!
Friendly staff even offered to help us take photos of the momentous occasion :)

I ordered the Model Y, and was scheduled a delivery date and time. On the date of delivery, I did not receive a VIN number and was told the car was not there yet. I had to arrange two people's schedules, mine and whoever was helping me drive the second car back.
I was then given a second delivery date, but Tesla was not able to confirm if I would actually get the vehicle that day. How can a car dealership not know when they will receive their shipment of cars? This was incredibly unprofessional. It was also incredibly hard to get a hold of a person at Tesla for support.

Bought my Model Y here. It was basically a lemon. They never answer their phone. Waited on hold for over 4 hours
