I brought my 2019 equinox to find out how much the repair of my panoramic sunroof repair was going to cost as there are two clips that hold the curtain fell off , thought if was going to be an easy fix until David McCauley told me it was going to cost me $600 dollars to diagnose my car!
what diagnose was there to be performed? When I’m telling you the issue is!
David Was rude and unfriendly
No way I’m paying $600 it is ridiculous
He said we need 2 hours to find out what the issue is ,I’m gonna tell my guys to not go over the 2 hours or else it could be more expensive
I brought it again for some suspension noises and I was told the same thing by a different advisor $600 to look at it
Everyone there seem unhappy providing a 4/10 experience…!
I hope it gets better

The service team/advisor will try to come up with any excuse possible to say your warranty cannot be used in order to make you come out of pocket for repair costs. I have a brand new certified vehicle I brought in for service, for which they tried to tell me a loose screw caused damage to a sensor and somehow I was responsible for that.. despite my base and extended warranty for my brand new vehicle under 30k miles. They claimed there was a repair done “outside of the warranty” despite my vehicle being brand new and this being the first time I had taken it in for service at all. I spoke with the dealership I bought the vehicle from who covered the cost as a courtesy, a show of their professionalism, a quality completely lacking from Stewart Chevrolet. I planned to get the repair and all future services to my new vehicle done at this dealer originally, due to its close proximity to my house. However, I now know I cannot trust the service team/advisor to be honest with me despite the large sum I pay monthly for this very reason.

Absolutely the best car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership. Georgi and Scott were able to find my Jeep with all the packages requested at a great price. Most of all they are honest, trustworthy and manage high standards of customer service from the sales floor to finance to service dept.

This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced with the Serramonte chevy dealer, super convenient while other dealers aren't open on the weekends, this one is !! The customer service was outstanding quick service at the counter and in the service part. I definitely recommend this service department.
I am definitely coming back .

Charged me $299 for a full diagnostic, oil change, and tire rotation on my Chevrolet Cruze. They said they would replace the air filters but they did not! They also said they would top off fluid levels but they didn't do that either. Why bother paying for the more expensive diagnostic when they also offer a 149$ diagnostic that would get me the same thing? I asked them to replace my FOB battery and they didn't do that either.
After the diagnostic they recommended I get 8 additional services, for a total of $2,700. After taking my car to a local shop they showed me in the manual that Chevrolet only recommends half of the services recommended by this dealership. And the local shop was able to do those services for a fraction of the price.
They were able to change my tire and oil successfully which is nice I guess.

Very friendly people at the dealership, received a smile, and or acknowledgment from every person I made eye contact with which I think makes a huge difference of whether or not I wanna do business someplace. This was the best no pressure sales situation…everyone was friendly but i never felt that “must make a sale” pressure…which made it easy to say yes to a new vehicle.
I appreciated everyone’s interaction from the owner to the finance guy to the sales people and to the gentleman who helped get “my” new Tahoe ready and waiting for me filled with a full tank of gas! All around superior service (i 1000% appreciate smiling light hearted fun interactive people!!)
