It was great to work with LEO, he is honest & friendly seller, ask for him you won’t regret it!
But l have a concern with the car washing and cleaning Team, because they delivered my truck in a night time with tons of TREE SAP!! And l Had to pay special removal car wash $275 the next day!!

The guys at the Serramonte Ford Fleet Service Center went out of their way to make sure everything was right on my car. I had gone to other dealers to try to get my transmission fixed and they did something with software and sent me away only for it to fail later. Brian was my service guy and he kept me informed and dealt with the shady warranty people so I didn't have to. Gary the Technician talked to me directly a few times and let me know what was going on in terms I could understand. Tony the Manager of that site even stopped in while Brian and I finalized the transaction just to make sure everything was ok and clearly explained to me.
It was my first ever 'dealership' transaction where I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.
Thanks for giving me some peace of mind. I now feel safe transporting my wife and child in this car.
We may even take a road trip this weekend. I’d give them more stars if it would allow it!

We were very happy with the service we received from Diego and Jason. It was a very pleasant experience compared to the last Ford dealership we visited. We ended up leasing a 2014 Ford Mach-e and we are very happy with it.
