I recently had an exceptional experience purchasing a Carnival from Serramonte Kia. My sales representative, Nick, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. After I drove my new car home, I noticed a stain on the passenger side door. Without hesitation, Nick scheduled an appointment for me and promptly resolved the issue. His dedication to customer service is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend Nick and Kia Serramonte to anyone seeking a top-notch car-buying experience.

Where do I begin. We began looking for a new vehicle and decided to come to Kia in Colma. Upon walking in, we were met by Nick! Nick was nothing less than amazing! Nick was patient answered all of our questions and was not pushy about selling us a vehicle. Nick wanted to ensure the vehicle was the best fit for us! Nick was patient, knowledge, and was not trying to push a certain vehicle on us. At the end, they didn't have the vehicle in stock we wanted but was able to get the specific one within two days! Overall Nick did an amazing job! Definitely recommend this dealership for everyone!

It's taken me awhile to write this but I had a terrible experience with the service department. The whole dealership seemed much more of a Volkswagen place than a Kia place so maybe that's why I got such inferior service. I typically get my Kia serviced at the Richmond Hilltop dealership and I've always had great service there, however when my Kia Optima was stolen, it was recovered and impounded in Daly City and it was closer to have it towed to this service center. My service advisor warned me it could be 4-6 weeks for the parts to arrive. I then heard nothing. A month passed and I started calling trying to get an update about when my car would be finished and the service advisor was never available and he would never call me back when I left messages on his voicemail. The receptionist even started to know who I was every time I called, because I had to call so many times because no one would ever get back to me. Finally I get a call back after multiple times of me calling them a d finally being advised by the receptionist I should call the service manager because my service advisor was MIA, only to be told one of the parts that arrived had arrived damaged and had to be ordered again. So now I wait 2 more weeks...now it's been 6 weeks since I brought the car in and again I'm calling over and over again trying to find out when my car will be ready and again, my service advisor is never available and he never returns my messages. Meanwhile my car insurance coverage of my rental car has run out and I'm trying to figure out how much longer it will take to get my car done so I can know how long to extend my rental. What is wrong with this place? Why won't anyone call you back? FINALLY after 6 weeks and at least 15 calls to the dealership, my car is finally ready. When I go to pick it up and drive it away, I realize the steering wheel has been put on at a crooked angle, as if they did not align it properly, and the steering wheel is making a clicking sound when I go over bumps or turn corners. It also feels loose. I was so unhappy with the job they did but I just needed my car back by that point. I figured I would just get their sloppy work fixed when I had my car serviced the next time I take it to Kia Richmond Hilltop, where I usually go. So I just took it there for it's 100,000 mile service and guess what? I had to pay for the car to be aligned to straighten out the crooked steering wheel that Kia Serramonte had returned the car to me with, AND I had to pay $581 to fix a part that they had left missing on their repair of the steering wheel. This should have been paid by my insurance coverage that I used when the repair work was done at Kia Serramonte and it certainly should have NEVER been returned to me in that condition. Avoid this dealership service department at all costs unless you don't mind sloppy, incomplete work and uncommunicative staff.

Andrew provided excellent customer service! We are new to the Kia brand and Andrew made the process very smooth. He has great customer service skills and answered every question sincerely and honestly. We are very excited to drive our new Telluride and hope to for many years!

Andrew helped me through the whole process and was knowledgable and easy to get along with. Adrian in the finance department was also great and made the process simple and quick.They’ve both checked in since our purchase and I’ve found it very easy to get in touch with them which I appreciate.

I have nothing but positives to say about Serramonte Kia. Service is excellent. Seeing their staff hustle on my behalf to enhance the customer experience further truly made me feel special. For my first car purchase I truly felt like I received a true luxury experience. Zell, Bob and John are all great representatives of the dealership and the brand. 10/10

Great service and the service team did a solid job of keeping us informed (5 stars for that part). Only issues were (1) for a repair that only took a couple of hours of the technicians time, we were without our car for around 9 days, and the dealer was unable to provide a loaner vehicle. (2) Compounding that was the fact that their service shuttle had a very strict operating radius. We were only 2 miles outside their radius but they refused to take us at all.

I was curious about the EV6, so I rented one from Hertz for a road trip. If you get a chance to do that instead of a conventional test drive, I highly recommend it. You learn so much more about a car when you spend a few days with it.My friend and I both fell in love with the EV6. I then spent more hours than I want to admit reading up on it and watching YouTube reviews, and decided on the trim I wanted: a GT-Line AWD in Pearl White with the vegan suede interior.I checked the inventory on the Kia website and saw that Serramonte Kia had that exact model on the lot.So I called and asked to talk with a salesperson who is an EV6 enthusiast like me.Wow, did they deliver. The nice receptionist connected me with Zell Allen, who drives an EV6 himself and is very familiar with the car. I don't think there is a question I could ask that he couldn't answer.I was also interested in leasing. Zell leases his car and was able to advise me from first hand experience.So now I have a new EV6 of my own. It is by far the best car I have ever had!If you are interested in an EV6, or any Kia, you will do well to talk with Zell.

I’m a first time car buyer and a young age. Despite those factors, Kia of Serramonte treated me with respect and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. John and Nick were amazing! From the first day I called inquiring about my car until the day I arrived to complete the purchase, they maintained open communication through each and every step. The setting at this dealership was very comfortable with available condiments that helped while waiting through the car buying process. I had a very fast and quick experience and very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. In specific, I HIGHLY recommend doing business with John the loan manager and Nick!!

I couldn't be more pleased with my car buying experience at Serramonte Kia. I had called them earlier in the day asking if they had the auto I wanted. I drove over and did the deal that afternoon. It was easy, straightforward and I got exactly what I wanted. The manager, John, and the sales person were friendly and very helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend taking your business to Serramonte Kia.

This rating is for my sales person: Nick Saba. Competent, professional and he listened! He did not push his agenda but rather heard what I wanted and helped pick out the car and the deal that worked. Now a happy owner of a KIA NIRO EX hybrid. Nick spent more than once driving around with us, explaining the various bells and whistles. He is definitely a fine asset for Serramonte KIA.I did not appreciate the amount of time that it took to complete the paperwork necessary ..... I had planned on a two hour visit to the dealership to get the car but it took four. It was a good thing that Nick regularly kept us posted as we sat in the waiting room. I intend to come back to the dealership and take Nick up on his offer to explain more of the features of the NIRO. Thank you, NIck.

I needed to address my software recall for my kia rio. Service department is shared with Volkswagen and they allow you to make your appointment online which is perfect. They opened on time and were able to take me earlier. Alfredo was very friendly and explained all of the options. I decided to do my 50k maintenance at the same time. He gave me an accurate time assessment and I got my car 30 minutes early. Car came back washed and well cleaned. They let me know of items eventually needing fixing, but never pushed them on me. Will return for my next maintenance job. Alfredo is your guy.

Overall, a decent customer service experience when I purchased a new vehicle here. That should be expected because they want your business. Just hope that you don't have any issues with your vehicle come up. I have a warranty issue unfortunately. They will ignore you. The service department will not follow up with you and you have to constantly call and have the receptionist go and track down the service advisors. I believe they just ignore the calls. My car was also damaged in the service department and oh yeah, you guessed it... They either just forget or don't even try to follow up with you.To top it all off, they constantly spam you with calls, emails, and text messages to do surveys to rate their service and your experience. Please stop and just help me fix my car or resolve the problem.I do not recommend Serramonte Kia.

I had a wonderful experience at Serramonte Kia. The manager and salesperson were friendly, polite, and very professional. I never felt pressured to buy, as I had at other dealerships. I had ample time to test drive and ask questions about the vehicle. I felt valued as an individual and not just as a potential customer. Best of all, I drove home in my new Kia Seltos. What a great morning.
