We frequently visit this Ross, and it never disappoints! The store offers a vast selection of clothes and a wide array of other household items, making it a one-stop shop for all your needs. Their shoe section is particularly impressive, featuring a large collection to choose from.
Additionally, they have a nice assortment of small furniture pieces suitable for both home and business settings.
Overall, we highly recommend this Ross for its variety and excellent product range.

We went in to look for some kitchenware but couldn't find anything we needed. The line to pay is always extremely long no matter which one we go to. Better choices for clothing & shoes.

In terms of inventory, this is probably the best Ross in the Bay Area. Sometimes understaffed and the checkout lines can get long, but we've bought many great items here.

I came into the store to hopefully exchange a pair of boots that, I'd purchased from ROSS. The boots fell apart within one day of walking less than 2 miles in them! I had my receipt in hand. The manager told me that, I had to wait in the long line, they didn't have a proper staff. So... Long story short, they only had two checkers. I waited in the line for over 20 minutes. I had the receipt from my previous purchase. The woman at the counter said, so sorry, we can't accept a receipt since you didn't buy it from this location. The manager, Wally came over & said, "No, you have to go to the exact ROSS store that you bought them from to exchange it. No exceptions. When you decided to purchase the product, that was your choice. You tried them on, you liked them, your problem. If they fell apart, your choice." One thing that kills me on this one is that this supposed manager watched me walk in the door. I said hello to him. I told him that I wanted to exchange shoes/boots. I had my bag & receipt in hand. Terrible customer service. Terrible management. It does not state that, I must return the shoes to the same exact ROSS chain store on my receipt. If, I pay $ for a product, I have my receipt in hand, I should be able to exchange it. I'm highly upset.
