Apparently, my review was premature, and it is necessary to edit and update it. This is three months after I posted this in good faith… And the problem still is not resolved, even though I have gone out of my way to be accommodating, available and understanding. Since Google notified me that over 9000 people looked at my reviews last month… I think it’s necessary to be accurate with my reviews.

Excellent customer service. The entire staff is 5 star and exceptional quality of service! Would highly recommend

Worked with Precision Body a number of times. Customer service was poor and staff was inconsiderate and rude at times. They damaged the car while working on it and refused to fix the damages they caused. Two staff members communicated things that in my opinion were blatantly dishonest. Cannot recommend working with Precision unfortunately.

These guys do a really good job washing your car. George really took good care of me. I can't speak highly enough of him, great guy! Well worth it! I will definitely be a regular customer! If you really want your ride to look good, go there!

I wouldn’t recommend any other place than Precision Body shop & detail when you need your car to be fixed.
The team is amazing, the service is impeccable and fast and the quality of repair is astonishing.

When I brought in my Chrysler Pacifica after an unfortunate accident that resulted in the shark’s fin antenna being broken on the roof, I imagined it was going to be such a headache and a long, arduous process dealing with the repair and insurance. I took the van to a few auto body shops and immediately knew when I stopped by Precision Body Shop that I wanted to work with them. From that moment on, everything was taken care of by Precision and I truly did not have to worry about a thing, including dealing with insurance. I worked with Anthony who was amazing! He sent me frequent updates and it felt like he was just ahead of the game in terms of knowledge, submitting updates to insurance, etc. Although I wish I never had to have this damage to my vehicle in the first place, I’m glad to have gotten to work with such a kind, positive soul like Anthony and have a go-to thorough, reliable, and friendly body shop! Thank you Anthony and the Precision team!

Go here! Stop taking your car to the horrible "car wash" spots and come here. Yolanda was so friendly and accommodating. I will be bringing all my cars here going forward.

Getting a quote from this shop is impossible!It's been over a week and they still haven't responded to me my phone calls for my quote.I took the car in on Friday morning for an estimate and the supervisor said I will have the estimate by that Friday afternoon.Which never happened so I called back on Monday. The receptionist said it would be available on Wednesday late afternoon which still wasn't available. I called the shop again the next day and still received the same response which was it will be available by late afternoon. Which also never happened.This shop is not very good with us communicating with customers when it comes to quotes and whatever else their inefficiencies lies.I'm sorry I every took the time to go to this shop!

I had house paint on my car and it was horrible, but the guys and girls at precision took care of me and literally gave my car back to me looking brand new. These guys put their heart and soul on their work and should deserve 6 stars. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back

I received outstanding service from Anthony Paul. He provided me options and estimates to fix my hit and run vehicle damage. He was pleasant, helpful, and respectful of my needs. He did a remarkable detail job.

I took my 2020 Subaru in with some wicked oxidation and paint damage due to construction dust thinking the paint job was doomed. The lovely folks here did an external detail and wax, and my car looks brand new. I’m so grateful and will definitely be bringing my car back in the future. ❤️ ✨

I had an 'interior detail' done recently my Precision. I wasn't sure whether it would be worth it -- but I was totally amazed at how nice it was once they were done. My 10 year old car looked brand new on the inside. Would definitely use their detailing services again.
