Their prices are lower than other pet supplies stores. Their lines are never as long as they are at Petsmart. And you get good weekly deals.

No longer carry reptiles,limited food for reptiles that is not taken care of.this company has really gone down hill over the last year,they used to be so busy,now the stores are very quiet.

Huge selection of pet stuff, it’s like a small warehouse type store ie. Smart&Final. They even had a really well curated selection of products for exotic pets (reptiles, rodents, aquarium, and birds), more selection than what your typical Petco might sell. They always have coupons and prices are lower than other stores in the area in my experience. One of the ladies who is a cashier is so nice and always makes sure to apply any coupons she knows about and make conversation with you. ☺️

Always has what I need. Was sad when they closed in south San francisco- ecstatic when they opened in metro 280. Get most of my cat/dog supplies here. They have stuff for my turtle as well.

The place is clean, and they have many different options in food. The staff was friendly and attentive. The prices were cheaper than other places.

Pet Club recently moved over here from their San Mateo location. They're definitely our supply shop of choice and I'm glad to see them in a more visible/central location. Our experience in Colma was consistent with prior visits to San Mateo. They've got great stock and the folks who work here are SO nice. I even randomly found a raised feeder here that I had been unable to find in stock anywhere else so now my husky cross doesn't have to lean forward to eat anymore.
