Needed something printed out, came in at 9:00AM on a Saturday to an empty store and was told they could not print something out for me and I'd have to come back later. Blamed it on a "policy change" from "over a year ago" though I've walked in & printed things multiple times in the past year. Very rude . Losing business. Won't be coming here again.

Print shop..... needs more help. When Office Max was taken over by Office Depot they did not hire enough employees to take care of the double work load. The staff here at Office Depot work hard to keep up and it seems like the corporate office is not looking to Lee the work load sane. It has only gotten worse and this needs to be addressed. Be patient, put your order in early and your order is done very well and quality work.

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by an associate in this store today. Her name is Jessica and truth be told she went above and beyond for me. I would recommend this store to anyone and if they happen to be helped by this amazing lady they'll realize why I posted this review. Keep up the great service my dear!!!

Recently I had to look for a few electronic items, in those cases I was pleasantly surprised that Office Depot not only had them in stock, but also that they had the best prices. I used to shop at Best Buy for those items, though I'll shop at Office Depot from now on as Best Buy either did not have those items, or was considerably more expensive (eg Office Depot had a good sale for an older version mouse, whereas BestBuy still sold it for the original list price).Moreover, I also found the staff here very helpful in general. Highly recommend checking out this place!

This store suck*! Customer service is below zero! Does not comply with agreed service even if it was already paid! No communications among staff! Phone just keeps on ringing, NO ONE IS PICKING UP!!

I recently visited this Office Depot store and was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the exact office supplies I needed. The store had a wide variety of products, and everything was well-organized and easy to locate. A one-stop-shop for all my office needs!

My son recently graduated from Harvard and I'm having a formal party for him on June the 9th. I had 2 pictures printed out to be put on the cakes and I had some poster boards that I needed to have cut for my centerpieces. Don (who was as rude as he could be), told me it would be 75 cents for each cut. Fine. He then told me they would be ready the next morning. I said, I'm right here and I live in San Francisco and it would have taken him less than 10 minutes to cut them. He then said we have other customers in front of me. There was 1 lady being helped by the other person. He may have had other orders, but no one else needing a simple service at that time. If he thinks that working there means he can behave unprofessional towards your customers he shouldn't be working there.

No customer service. Rude staff and extremely unprofessional. They charged my credit card for something I didn't even order. I've been trying to get them to credit my account but they keep on giving me the runaround.It's been 7 days and the debit is still on my credit card. I'm about to file a fraud claim. The worst ever!

Went in with the intention to purchase a visa gift card. I couldn't find it around their normal gift card area so I asked the cashier, where would I find visa gift card? The lady answered, whatever we have out here is all we have with an attitude. I said okay, thank you. But I continued to look for it around the gift card area thinking of possibilities that I may overlooked. As I continued, the same cashier lady came to with me attitude even more saying, " I said, this is all we have". I'm thinking you aren't even with a customer and your job is to help your customers. What kind of customer service is this? How rude for no reason?????I ended up buying at staples the employee was very helpful even when I didn't even ask.

Bought a chair on the floor. It had no casters. I have to call this number, it is a hassle. I have to wait for an email, my reply bounces back. Will I get the casters? Not sure. We ordered a file cabinet for delivery. I need to call and check on the status, I need to reschedule because we are out of town. That number is the biggest headache - it hangs up 1/2 the time. I really don't like Office Depot now. Mistakes in packaging their products is one thing, but the infuriating headache that their system imposes on you for managing delivery is beyond belief.

I had a great experience this evening. 2 different employees helped me and both were so nice and helpful!!! Customer service is hard to find and I'm old school so it was nice to see that tonight especially around the holidays. I respect retail workers. Not always an easy job.

3 COPY MACHINES - ALL BROKEN!Here I am at this store in Colma. Just need a B&W 8.5x11 letter enlarged to 11x17. Was quoted at 80c. a page! for a staff to do it.I don’t know how this Office Depot can compete with the FefEx store just 100 feet away.

Hard to find ink cartridges may not be on many stationary store shelves. Office Depot will order the cartridge with free shipping if they're out of stock. Note: walking in was a breeze!Plenty of parking is a plus!
