Classic bait and switch shop. They post special price on lease on their website and keep it posted and then tell you that is not available when you get there. Then they proceed to give you nearly double the price. Don't waste your time here, the Sales Mgrs Alex told us it was the best he could do a few days ago and then they post a 4th of July special at nearly half of his best deal a few days earlier. His credibility is as good as his sale to us...zilch...zero. On to a more reputable dealership.

I want to give no stars because this place is a scam!!! Here's my terrible experience to share with all of you. My uncle purchased a Toyota Sienna at this place on 10/28/23. The car has some cosmetic issues that we negotiated during our transaction and they agreed to take care of all the cosmetic items requested. They promised these cosmetic items were easy to fix and will be done quickly and we can have the car within a week. We made the mistake of believing everything they said and paid in full for the car. Well, we are now in the 6th week and still no car. I have been calling the store and spoke with the store manager, Cal, once and he promised the parts will be in within the week and can deliver the car to us the week of Nov 20th. His promise did not surface. I continued calling for updates and was only able to speak to Nico, who is helping Cal to handle this situation. He also continued to stall and gave me all kinds of excuses and indefinite answers. It is now over 6 weeks, and we still don't have the car? The last phone conversation I had with Nico was last Wednesday, November 29th when he told me the parts are finally in and the service department will install it and finish everything that was agreed upon and should be able to deliver the car within a couple days. I asked him if he could confirm we will have the car by Friday. He said it was very possible and asked me to follow up with the manager in the service department named Alfred. Nico gave me Alfred's phone number, which I have no success reaching him at the phone number provided, plus it's not allowing me to leave a message. At this point, we still don't have the car we paid for, and we have no communication from them. This is the most horrible service I ever experienced. For those who are planning to purchase a car at Golden State Nissan, please think again before you proceed.

When I purchased my used Nissan I was promised free maintenance for a year as part of the deal. I just took my car in for its 22,500 mile check, and it turns out that only $10 of the $380 cost was covered, because most of the work done does not technically count as maintenance. I was misled, and all management did when I expressed this was increase my discount from $10 to $50 and assure me that the sales team that had sold me my car had been fired.

This is a centrally located dealership, right off 280 day. Sales folks are eager, and ready to assist. Car selection was not that big. One could say somewhat limited.

i love Golden state Nissan they gave me a really good deal on a brand new nissan rogue Cameron and coby were so professional and attentive. they explained the whole process to me and gave me the best price possible. I highly recommend Golden state Nissan they will sure take care of your car needs

This service department team does great work. They communicate extremely well and provide timely service with text and email updates along the way. I am able to drop off my car, get a Lyft ride home, work from home and take calls and receive emails with toggle buttons to confirm service(s) from the diagnostic report. I don't have to play phone tag!Ultimately I receive a text and email that my car is ready for pickup and they order me a Lyft ride back to the dealership to pick up my car the same day!

We had previously leased a couple of Nissan Leaf's in 2021 from Golden State Nissan, and really liked the electric vehicles. Sadly, it was time to return them. We finally decided our best option, was to lease a new Leaf, again. We worked with Cory Pullinger, a sales associate at the dealership. He was patient, informative and secured us great terms, and arranged to pick up the previous lease, while delivering the new vehicle to our home..

I've been looking for my first car for the past year, and out of all the dealerships I went to in the Bay, these guys were the best. Compared to the other dealerships I went to, they were very friendly and easy to negotiate with. If you're looking for a car here, look for Kristian, Sergey & Omar, they'll treat you right.

Simple appointment scheduling, easy drop-off procedure, and a free shuttle provided. Service advisor (Lucas) called promptly with updates and ensured we knew what maintenance actions were needed for our car. I've been burnt by dealership service departments in the past but I have nothing but excellent things to say about the entire staff here. Will return when routine maintenance is again needed on our car.

Yesterday we bought two vehicles from GOLDEN STATE NISSAN dealer one Nissan Sentra and one Kicks. I would like to thank Sergey and Camran and the rest of the team for taking excellent care of us. Being new to the Nissan brand, I just purchased a Nissan Leaf from Golden State Nissan in Colma. As for the whole "car dealership" vibe, I can't say enough about how laid back and EASY the entire process of purchasing my vehicle was. Diego was my sales guy and will be my go to from now on. When he didn't have an answer to a question he answered honestly and said he didn't know. He didn't try to "sell" me on the car or pressure me into buying it. Because of his approach, I decided immediately after test driving to purchase it. Enter Nekko, the sales manager....same quality service and approach. He wasn't hard sell in your face and worked the numbers to make sense for the both of us! Then into finance...Sergey was down to earth and we got in and out with ease. I got EVERYTHING I wanted...which is rare in a dealership.....Moving on to service....the Leaf is a fully electric vehicle and needed the VCM update. Made an appointment, discussed my service plan with Marcus and was told it would be a few hours....Marcus immediately set up a Lyft for me and told me when it was done he would do the same. The whole service went off without a hitch! Couldn't be more happier with the OVERALL, outstanding service in sales and service at this dealership. They did such a great job, if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, DON'T OVERLOOK Golden State Nissan....it really was a great experience!
