“They've got a new store format where you shop on mobile and an employee pulls your size from the back - I think, I was just making an exchange so I didn't need to shop. I think I encountered 4 employees from the door to the counter and everyone was extremely helpful while being genuine and not annoying. The exchange was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated since I had my kid with me. They even offered a balloon and expedited grabbing my new size. That's some top notch customer service that I totally wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised by!”

“This place should get better recognized. They have great staff greeting you at entrance. Store is spacious. Many checkouts. Always a pleasant experience visiting there. I'd hate this to be one of those store being robbed out of business.”
