Our family has been seeing Dr. Chinone for years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we receive. Dr. Chinone and the entire team are always so welcoming and efficient, making every visit a breeze. They offer a wide variety of options for glasses and contacts, so we always find exactly what we need, whether it’s the latest styles or the most comfortable lenses.
What really stands out is how seamless the entire experience is, from scheduling appointments to picking up our new eyewear. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, making sure we’re completely satisfied. We truly appreciate the excellent care and service and highly recommend Dr. Chinone to anyone in need of an optometrist!

Doctor was friendly enough, but I definitely left feeling finessed by the front-of-house staff. I called the day before the appointment to confirm the price of the eye exam with contact lenses and was told it was $84.95. After the appointment, the staff added an additional $55.00 for contact lense fitting. There is really no reason to be that dishonest about your pricing. Even as I was being taken into the exam room, the staff said the price was $84.95. No reason to be so shady amd add on some bogus charge I didn't agree to. They definitely just lost repeat business as a result, but they probably don't care provided eye exams are a necessity. Exactly why I don't buy glasses from Lenscrafters, their front-of-house staff don't feel trustworthy. Caveat emptor.
I'd also add that the optometrist incorrectly changed my contact lense prescription. Which I didn't realize until I wore my previous contacts and they feel way better on my vision than what he prescribed.

I was so pleased and very happy with my experience here. Jolie helped me, and she was so helpful and very patient with me. Jolie took her time with me after my eye exam and carefully measured my eyes for my glasses. I will definitely be going back and will ask for her!! Thanks!

We came in at 6 pm on Saturday. My husband’s glasses were missing the screw and other pair missing the nose piece. They fixed them both within minutes and both pairs back like new again. They are an amazing staff!

I wanted a new pair of glasses. Jolie was very friendly and helpful. Not only did I find a new pair of glasses but also sunglasses as well. She was very patient, showed me a lot of options to find the perfect pair. She made the whole process really easy and smooth.
