This place should get better recognized. They have great staff greeting you at entrance. Store is spacious. Many checkouts. Always a pleasant experience visiting there. I'd hate this to be one of those store being robbed out of business.

Everything I wanted was in stock.. the store is kept very neat and orderly..
Sad to see though that not many people are shopping brick-and-mortar stores and most people are shopping online...
So for those who do wish to have the in-store experience it's very empty and easy to shop..

The Sephora representative I met last Monday was very courteous, nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was my first time there. I signed up for kohl’s here too.

Kohl's has changed the best services now, I will recommend people, friends & relatives shopping here. Merchandises are displaying organize easy to find, neat, and clean. More cash registers for self checkout setup. I will shopping again at 1200 El Camino, Daly City.
Shoppers come check this location, you will find things to shop especially, Disney items, etc.

5-15-24 I went to this store to use my Vanilla gift card and to redeem my bday rewards. I found two necklaces at a discount price. The clerk said, “No there is no discount price today on these necklaces.” I told her there was a sign at the costume jewelry section specifically saying everything is 50% off.I didn’t want to gaslight her so I accepted what she said. I looked at my
receipt as I left the store and the discount price was reflected on the total price. This clerk needs to be retrained or needs to scrutinize the receipt, she should’ve seen the discount was calculated since she sees the screen. She’s unprofessional and is not performing her job duties diligently. Why stress out the customers telling them there’s no discount when we KNOW there is a discount. We’re not dumb customers, Webread the signs, especially when
we can save a few bucks.
I was disappointed there wasn’t a good selection of Crocs for women. The good ones were for kids but I don’t wear childrens’ sizes. I guess I’ll be purchasing them at Macys. They have a good selection of Crocs for ladies.

I've noticed a lot of people complaining about the staff here and it's a little confusing to me because I've had all positive experiences at this Kohl's. I love the prices and especially how helpful the staff is. I do wish they had a larger selection for us petites.
