Popped by when they opened to pick up something showed in stock online. Wasn't on the floor/rack, but the employee was very helpful & found new shipped items in back not yet out front & had what I was looking for.I don't, on a regular basis, go into gamestop, but when they've had something I'm looking for, I do not hesitate to go & purchase from them.Prices on what I've bought there were the same as other places that were only online + shipping & I'm happy to support a local store rather than online & with shipping.Will continue to buy from Gamestop

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Drove 30min to trade in some new games. They really said they couldn't accept them because they're still in the plastic. I asked if I could just take off the plastic they said no because of the cameras. Even if I took the plastic off outside the store they said they wouldn't accept my games for the rest of the day. What a joke of a GameStop. Not to mention they were talking smack about a guy that just left their store for wearing a pink shirt. Wouldn't be surprised if they said something about me too. Bunch of losers for sure.

Lying a-s workers lied to me that I HAD to buy the controller with my ps5 purchase and LIED that it was a part of the bundle and THEY COULDN’T take it off. IT WAS NOT! It was RUNG UP SEPARATE ON THE RECEIPT. DON’T GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE LYING BUMS.
