Colma staff has always been amazing but today, it was extra! Kelly assisted an elderly customer since opening, I think more than 40 mins. Good thing there were no other customers aside from me. She was very patient and kind to the customer with a huge smile while still acknowledging my presence and if I am in need of help. Kudos to Kelly!

Love, love Carter's. I buy all my kids' clothing from them. I usually do my shopping online but the last order I made, I had it shipped to the store for pickup. When I got there to get my order, I decided to peruse around the retail store for a bit. I was super impressed by all the different options of clothing they had available - I probably got a little overly excited to stock up on clothes that my kids will grow out of super quick lol. At least most things there are all "on sale" so you don't feel as guilty making your purchases.

Manager would not let me purchase an online item that was returned in-store because she couldn’t find the UPC code and it was not tagged. She said she has to contact other stores for UPC code. She did find the exact item and style number online but would still not ring me up so I could purchase. Since it was taking such a long time, I purchased the item online for pick up while in the store since she couldn’t figure out how to charge me. However, even will order # and proof of receipt she would not allow me to pick my item up until it gets processed (which Idk how long that would take). Extremely inefficient and incompetent handling of purchasing one item.

Masks required. Associates asked if I needed help, not many people in store. Good signage advertising sales. Curbside pick-up area clearly marked, as well as in-store pickup shelves.

Pretty good collection of clothes for babies. Very well sorted and maintained. Very friendly staff. Thanks to curbside pickup being available as well as pickup for online orders, contactless shopping has been very easy.

I love Carter's! I'm here almost all the time. The employees are very nice :) Shout out to Lily and Anna, you ladies are awesome! They also have great prices and the clothes are high quality! With the pandemic, I usually order online and do curbside pick-up. If ever you go inside the store please remember to check their clearance section at the back end, there are always great deals there. Thank you Carter's, I have been a loyal customer 12 years ago with my now 12yo and again with my 11-month old :)

Placed two online orders to pick up in store, one never shipped from warehouse, contacted and cancelled.Another one changes my status to picked up but I never did! CS took forever to response. Very bad experience
