“We got the 3 hour tour from Groupon Through golden state park and drove by tons of beaches, golden gate Bridge (you do NOT cross Golden Gate Bridge *)++ MORE Ended up being out for 3.5 hours Easy checkin, next time I will rent for the day because it takes you through multiple awesome neighborhoods where you can explore restaurants/ shops/ thrift stores/ park / botanical gardens etc etc ... the park is huge !!!!!Rented 2 cars, you have to have DL We had our 12 and 16 year old with us.No reverse so careful on uturns .”

“Alamo was top of the line from the moment I walked into the SFO parking garage. Not sure which way to go for 'skip the line' pick-up I started walking. A man came up, introduced himself and asked what car level? I did not know, but showed him my paperwork. He immediately walked me to the correct aisle and showed me the choice of cars. Introduced himself as one of the 'manager' but I don't remember his name. When I returned the car, I was immediately assisted y a man named Nilesh who even took my bag out of the trunk as I got out of the car. and then directed me to where the 'train' to the main airport building was.All very impressive, especially as this was over Christmas and a busy time.”

“A taillight on my Tacoma got broken over the past weekend. So getting the truck in to have it fixed was a very high priority for me. I texted Service Advisor Adrian Duong at S.F. Toyota early Monday morning. He was right on it. Texted me right back, determined that they had the part in stock and told me to come in immediately. He kept me informed at all times and the vehicle was fixed much earlier than the original time estimate. “Our rental car was broken into while site seeing, thieves broke out the back window. I called this location because I did not know what to do. They were super helpful and had a spare car ready for us in minutes. They helped us get everything switched out and then notified us that the airport would put us into a rental like the one that was damaged. All in all it took a couple of hours out of our trip to switch the cars out but given the situation that wasn’t a big deal. Thank you to this team for helping take care of us!”

“Been using Sally for about a month, the crew members are all chill and I went in person to ask questions, the same day I left with a car to rent. Super efficient and simple!! If any problem occurred there was a quick response! So far I rented two different cars and they both had cameras in the front and back so big bonus for that! “On vacation from UK, San Francisco Counter staff 'Josh' was amazing and really helpful. He upgraded the original booking of a Ford Edge as it wasn't ready. He offered a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon which I knew nothing about. He explained in detail the vehicle and allowed us to go see it and come back if we didn't like it. We loved it and it was perfect for our roadtrip from San Franciscoto San Diego. He advised there was no 'like for like' fuel and to not worry about refueling. Unfortunately I took this advice but was later charged over the top price for the refueling. Drop off at LAX was easy. All good except for the unexpected costs.”

“A great experience: booked the car online but was contacted by them directly to confirm etc etc. pick up went great, car was waiting for us (not the other way round like some other places!), a thorough walk through of the car followed (better than when I bought my last car!), full gas tank, and the out - 15min total. “Love using bandago for our large trips with lots of kids definitely worth it deposit is only $100 up to 15 people vehicle always clean inspected and works great. Never had any major issues. Can get insurance through them. I usally vacuum just because I am woth alot of kids before I return and fill up gas so i don't have any extra fees. Great company love the service and if drop off late the have drop box for keys. Text or call when dropping off. We'll definitely recommend and use again.”

“I originally visited Autonation in Hayward to finalize my purchase. I have to admit that I left hastily upon learning that I'd have to submit a credit application even though I told the Sales Rep about being pre-approved w/ my CU. He never informed me about the 'backup' contract process, nor did he work on my accessory requests. I was ready to drive that Lunar Rock TRD Off Road Prem off the lot but he left a sour taste in my mouth. Headed to Putnam Toyota soon thereafter and frankly that place felt like a ghost town. I finally went back to City Toyota after all of that and was greeted by Isaac whom was directed by Lawrence, my initial point of contact. I want to thank Lawrence and Isaac for providing excellent and courteous service for my 4Runner purchase. I arrived at 7pm and got out by 830pm with my new ride and I couldn't be happier. From Isaac to Ben at finance, it was exceptional service all around. I hope to purchase from City Toyota in about 5yrs or perhaps less. They're that good!Additionally, I was so happy to hear that if you buy from City Toyota, you're granted a discount, typically within a month, on accessories for your vehicle. I encourage everyone looking to purchase their vehicle to stop by this dealership and give them a shot! You won't be disappointed.”
