Cashier had a bad attitude and scolded me in front of a line of customers. I went in to buy grenadine (non alcoholic) as I didn't know where else to buy some. I didn't know the policy of needing to be 21 to buy non-alcoholic products as there were kids running around and I wasn't doing anything illegal- honest mistake which resulted in me being snapped at by the cashier. When I asked where to find grenadine elsewhere she just repeated what she said, refusing to answer my question and snapping at me to leave. You can imagine how humiliating it is to be snapped at in front of a line of people for no real reason.

About a year ago I called this location to see if they had an item in stock. Whoever answered the phone literally started yelling at me that they didn't have it. I was quite taken aback and contacted BevMo headquarters by email to discuss what happened. After several emails, I finally heard from a regional manager to talk about what happened. The manager asked me to give the store "another chance," which I reluctantly agreed to. And things seemed OK for awhile when I went in there. However, about a week or so ago I was in the store and bought 15 bottles of an item. The cashier was venting about an underage customer trying to buy alcohol. I started to say something and quickly realized the cashier (older Filipino guy) was ignoring me. He barely said a word to me during the transaction, handed me the receipt and went off to do something else. He didn't even bother to ask if I wanted a box for the bottles (I did!). I had to find one myself and put the bottles in it. About fifteen minutes later I realized the cashier was the same guy who yelled at me over the phone a year before! Apparently no one bothered to talk with him about what happened previously and he does whatever he wants. I was looking at other reviews (one from three years ago) that also complain about this guy. Clearly the store doesn't care if customers go elsewhere. So hey BevMo, I gave you guys "another chance" and the same guy was rude to me again. I won't be coming back here.

Employees in there were rude, asked few questions already got upset and didn't want to help. I went in and asked for certain items they're saying, "I don't know just go look around". I looked at their name tag one of them is a service lead and she doesn't know where the items are and how in the world I know. Same as the manager, other times I went in he was rude too and off topic talking bs. They're not professional at their job, I won't return to this store I'd rather recommend Total Wine and more cheaper price and better service attitude

It’s unfortunate that I can’t rate GoPuff, BUT they are BevMo Employees (or vice versa) & I have spoken to GoPuff Mgr(s) about 6pcks that are refrigerated being delivered cold. These drinks are advertised as “Buy Chilled” on GoPuff yet they come warm. My profile states in all CAPS mar deliver cold, Yet the arrive warm. The manager always placated me with “I’m sorry” and yet does nothing change behavior or rectify situation. I’m disappointed again

Bev MO has all the bottles locked in cabinets that require the employees to access.This is a tedious and time consuming process. Another format should be laid out.There are rarely employees not occupied with other tasks so you're usually waiting for as many as 8 minutes just standing.I find it ridiculous.
