Yup they screwed us over YET AGAIN!!DO NOT TAKE THEIR LOANER VEHICLES!!!If something happens they will ignore your insurance for months and also the police dept. There is a suspect and the case needs to be closed but instead of actually doing your work you make things harder each and every time not to mention putting defective parts in a already lemon car. You need to write down for the lawsuit refusal of service but you need to answer the calls when insurance is calling!!!! WHAT US WRONG WITH YOUR BRAINS!???!?!?!? INCOMPETENCE @ ITS FINEST Don't say we lie where you're the ones lying!!! We've got the text message, emails and call logs to prove it all.

I want to commend the manager, Abraham. When we first arrived, we had a coupon that had expired. Originally we were told that they could not take the first service coupon.. after speaking with an Abraham he not only dealt with the situation with compassion, but he made it right. . We drove all the way from the east bay to get the car serviced here because we received such a good customer service when we purchased the vehicle. I’m very thankful there are still people in this world that know what customer service are in kudos to Abraham. For not only making it right but training his team in that ethic as well!

I trust this place to do proper work on my car. All the service advisors I’ve worked with have been very kind and competent. I appreciate that they do not charge for loaner cars while your car is in the shop. They have done a lot of the big work on my vehicle. Some are of it, thankfully, was still under warranty, so it was free. Like most dealership service centers though, they can be pricey.

Excellent and efficient service; they know the ins, outs and unique aspects of Subaru's. Pleasant and easy to work with also. Well worth the money to have my Outback serviced here.

Just bought a outback wilderness with a great experience. Tom helped me as the sales manager and Arse is the financial manager. These guys are professional, efficient, and friendly to work with. I searched for this particular color and model online and located this car in this dealership. I called in and settled the price with Tom quickly. I took a Uber to the dealership and finished all the paperwork in about 1 hour. Tom went through the car details and Arse helped with the transaction quickly and introduced some key maintenance and warranty plans - I bought these plans to ensure the car can perform without worries in long term. The team at this dealership are honest and patient. Would like to recommend to my friends if they are interested in Subaru.

Our whole experience here was very pleasant. We walked in a couple of days ago and took a test drive with Chris, who was friendly and easygoing. The next day we emailed him with an offer, and soon had a number we were all comfortable with (including his boss ;-). Today we went in to buy the car and had a streamlined and easy experience. Everyone was friendly and low-key, and I am now the proud owner of a Forester. I highly recommend this dealership. No surprises, lovely folks.

I didn't do my homework, and now am paying for it. Not only these guys significantly (like several thousand dollars worth) overcharged me for service - that's completely my fault to have trusted them. But I've also came in to replace a windshield, which was covered by insurance. Serramonte Subaru sales person assured me that they are a legitimate dealer, but they don't work with the insurance company directly - but the insurance company is going to cover the cost as they normally would.Lo and behold, Geico (my insurer) are now only agreeing to cover a half of the replacement cost, stating that Serramonte Subaru has significantly overcharged me for the replacement - they charged me double of the acceptable amount. After doing some research, it seems that Geico are in fact correct, and this dealership is a scam, very well dressed as a legitimate dealership.Well, again, should have done my homework and have avoided them like plague. Don't repeat my mistake, don't believe the rating (probably attained in some illegitimate way as well) and find a honest place to do your service.

We are very grateful to Serramonte Subaru Service Department. While we were driving our Subaru Crosstrek 2017 from Saratoga to San Francisco via Hwy 280, a warning light came on as we were near San Mateo. We quickly found out (from the handbook) that the warning indicator was for the tires. We pulled aside from the freeway to inspect the tires. They looked fine. However we were uncomfortable driving the car to SF and back without knowing if there was something wrong with one of the tires or tires. As we were near South San Francisco, we thought that we should stop at the Subaru dealership in Serramonte just to see if they could assess and remedy the situation. We pulled into the Serramonte Subaru service area around 9am. We waited just a few minutes and a gentleman from the service team came over to find out if we had an appointment. We explained our situation. He drove the car away to run a diagnostic and came back in 20 minutes to tell us that all 4 tires had low pressure. He put air in and turn off the warning light. We were not charged for this good deed. We were so very grateful for the customer service and goodwill. Thank you Serramonte Subaru Service Team Member. winnie

If a window of opportunity appears, don't pull down the shade. If you decide on what car you are really looking for. You will find a lot of kind sales people to help you. John was amazing, very respectful and was welling to help me to get the car I wantin any way possible. Not to mention this is my second car from Serramonte Subaru since 2015. My experience was amazing for the second time. The finance department was so kind to make it even easier to make the sale happen. The Subaru cars are very reliable and I am so happy to end coming back to purchase my second car from here.

I was in the market for a new car. After some research, I reached out to Serramonte Subaru and spoke with George to start the process. He helped make the process easy and after agreeing on a deal, we scheduled a meet at the dealership. We were able to complete the necessary paperwork and I drove off the same day! Thanks George!

Thanks to George (Sales) and Adrian (Finance) who made the process of leasing our new Forester as simple as possible and working with me on agreeing to a deal that made sense. The rest of the was friendly, and greeted me at door and showed me where I could wait, grab coffee, and relax. My partner and I came in knowing what car we wanted and were able to drive off the lot in one visit, which I greatly appreciated. As needed we completed plenty of paperwork, and were told exactly what we were signing for my peace of mind. We had plenty of time to ask questions, which George and Adrian handled without issue. I’m happy we were able to take our car home in one trip! If you are in the market give Serramonte Subaru a call and ask for George!

We just bought our new Forrester there. I was very happy with the service and we did not feel pressured. We were able to get the car for the price we wanted to pay. The checkout process took longer than we expected, which got a tiring. (It isn't the first time I have bought a car so I know it can go a big quicker than that). After filling out all the paperwork, the car still needed to be gased up so we were a bit exhausted by that point. I would encourage them to focus on moving that part along and having the car gased and ready at the end.
