When I attended the aviation ground school that was near the Amtrak station in 2010 I used there ready teller there and I had NO problem at all very convenient !

Made a phone call appointment. On the day of the appointment they said they had another appointment scheduled for my time and they had to reschedule for the next day. Never ended up receiving my call

I have never had any trouble with US Bank. I have always had good experiences, but I have to say this is the worst location ever. My home location is Auburn, CA. I went to the Colfax location on 2/24/22, because it was close to where I was coming home from work. I went to close my account. I had already opened an account with a credit union. When I arrived at 4:35pm there was 2 tellers and one was the Bank Manager. My teller was not the Mgr. I waited at least 15 min in line and went up to the window - no smile. no friendliness. I told her that I would like to close my account and will pay it in full - because it was overdrawn the day before payday. She opened my account and told me it was overdrawn and she couldn't close it....and I let her know again that was what I was there for. After I paid, she stated that she wouldn't be able to close it until the next day. So I said ok and what time would that be. She said 8am. I said ok thats fine and left. Monday morning comes around and I still have transactions coming thru that shouldn't be. I called the main US Bank # and the lady was very nice. The teller made no notes that the account was closed. I made a phone appt for someone to call me back but I didnt know she also reversed the Monday Autopay on my account until the next day. My phone appt calls me Tuesday and portrays to be what I thought was my home location and that she was the teller who told me I had pending transactions therefore she couldn't close my account.....this is where we got into an argument over the phone, because she wasnt the teller, then she was the teller. I told her these autopays were not authorized and proceeded to argue with me that they had to be. One transaction I laid claim to because it accidentally went through my US Bank account instead of my new one. This was by mistake but I was willing to end up owing them for that. She FINALLY said she could put a stop on everything after she argued that she couldn't close it with a negative....or stop anything. I have never had any problems with a bank or told anyone to not go there...but this one don't go to. Especially when one can't be professional to the point of lying.

USE ANOTHER BANK! I am on the board of a non-profit in the Colfax area. We have been dealing with the US Bank branch for years and could not be more dissatisfied. The employees there are grouchy and difficult with customers. We have moved our personal accounts to other local institutions whenever possible. But for some reason we can't change banks. Sometimes we drive down to the Auburn branch. But we can't always do that. So we have to deal with the unpleasant people in Colfax. They repeatedly "lose" emails, can't find record of conversations and most frustrating, ignore appointment times so when we show up at the branch to open a new account they say "no, we never set this time as an appointment..." I strongly recommend you avoid using this bank, or at least this branch if you can.

The workers here are exceptionally helpful and so kind and polite. Every time I go into there they make banking enjoyable! I ran into some issues with my account and one of the ladies helped me figure out everything.

WARNING;! Never use this bank. The ATM ate my social security debit card and I had to wait several weeks to work it out. Unable to buy food and bills.Stay clear of this bank!

I didn't have a problem getting rolls of coins during the pandamic. Small town banks are the best. They know their customers by name and always happy to help.

DONT GO HERE!!!! I'm a local business in serious trouble from the covid virus. My business is 63 years old and chase refused to help me!! I just wanted to change my business from chase to a local bank and they screwed it up from A to Z. They lied to me, withheld my money illegally, and denied me access to my OWN funds while insisting nothing was wrong with my accounts. This world is hard enough without s*** like this going on....
