Nope, not a fan! I'm glad see a bulk of RV consumers have had a great experience. For me, not so much. Things started off good.. ie , no pressure sales, "they throughly safety inspect all RV's ect... blah blah blah.... bunch of whooie! Once you take it off the their lot your SOL! There was definitely NO pre safety check or quality control check.... For starters-LP LEAK and water tank leak, ect.. ok, moving forward.. please just do better!!

Ultimately I did not end up buying from them. However, these guys were extremely knowledgeable about what they're selling, no BS pricing, and no pressure sales. They also sell a really high quality product (Northwood).

Steve was amazing and so helpful when my husband and I were choosing our dream RV! Steve was knowledgeable and patient with us novice RVer's. Steve was also honest about the specs of each RV and worked with us from purchasing the RV, to buying a truck best suited to tow the RV, and how to drive the truck with the RV attached.

I worked with Steve over the phone on a purchase of a Wolf Creek truck camper. He was easy to work with and he had a Wolf Creek on order with the options I wanted. My truck was a short bed Sierra 2500HD. The price was very reasonable and was much lower than other RV dealers I had contacted. I waited for the truck camper to arrive, and then set up a date and time to come and get it. Everything went smoothly and Steve was great to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly service tech showed my wife and me how things worked on the camper, and helped us put it on the truck. Overall, a great place to do business.

These crooks stole 1,337$s from **** paid cash for a camping trailer. These funds were for Ca. DMV. When I went to register my Rv I was charged ******** again. Ca. DMV never received the money. I called them repeatedly over a 12 months time. I thought it was being taken care of ,but I was just getting the runaround!Now they are telling me that it has been a year and that I waited too long To get reimbursed! I dont know how they stay in business. Dont buy anything from these **** CROOKS!

Beyond Helpful! We had found a camper in Arizona, we were planning on driving out to pick it up when we found the same thing at Sierra RV. I emailed Steve and he gave me a ton of information, answered all my newbie questions without blowing me off, like all of the other (many, many, many other dealerships) had done. They also had a better price, we drove the 1.5 hour drive and put down a deposit (Feb 2021). We wanted to pick a camper before we bought a truck, which we told Steve, and we had planned on having a truck within a week or so. We worked with Sonora Ram (don't make that mistake) and we ordered the truck that would work according to Ram. The delivery was about 8 weeks, I updated Steve & he said they would store the camper for us, which was great so we could get our storage spot ready & frankly our Jeep Wrangler wouldn't be able to haul it. Fast forward to Easter & we find out the truck won't work, we scramble to find a truck and we end up having to get a DRW. We weren't getting a lot of help from the Ram dealership, so Steve got me in touch with the Artic Fox engineer & he gave me a few requirements to help me find a new truck, which ended up being a DRW. We let Steve know and he had to order all the equipment for a DRW instead of the SRW. Finally the delivery window is here, and for what ever reason our truck was a week late. We update Steve, and he checks in as well, then on Steve's day off our truck arrives. So we drop off the truck at Sierra RV, they installed all the equipment and schedule a pick up date (next week). The process was seamless, everyone at Sierra RV Center are so helpful and their purchasing group at Winner Chevy, the purchasing was super easy & no pressure. The whole experience has been so amazing! Can't wait to finally go camping!

Super great experience. Everyone was awesome! Thanks Steve and crew for helping me with my dream. This trailer is a dream and all your guys there who helped me were so great. I would recommend you guys to anyone. Not sure how many of my friends will drive from San Diego to Colfax to get a trailer though. It was a crazy trip !!!!!! Quite exciting with my daughter, 3 littles and 2 dogs hhahahahahaha

FANTASTIC!!! Driving from our home in Utah to California our fifth wheel started having mechanical and electrical issues. The guys were nice enough to take time out their busy schedule to make sure that the trailer was safe to pull and worked so that we could enjoy our trip and get home safely. They provided excellent service and we really felt like we were in good hands.

When we arrived, Dean was welcoming and helpful and let us look without feeling pressured. We went in and out of the 3 trailers about 50 times but still felt like they weren’t quite right for us. We ended up finding the perfect floor plan for us at a different dealer but we wish we could have bought from Sierra. Our experience at the other dealer was not great. The walkthrough was subpar and led us back to Sierra to ask questions of them which they gladly helped us with even though we didn’t buy from them. You can have confidence that if you are headed to Sierra to purchase a trailer you will be taken care of and won’t have regrets.
