Look, there’s always service interruptions. With any carrier. But the guys at Colfaxnet are absolutely hands down the best at responding to calls to report issues and questions. They’re prompt, friendly, and super thorough in making sure the issue is resolved and that is so hard to find in this day and age. If you want to feel like you’re a valued customer, I highly recommend them.

Horrible horrible horrible service. If you can't get literally any other WiFi service you're better off paying for unlimited data on your phone and using your personal hotspot. Constantly the WiFi says "excellent connection" but won't load a damn thing, not even on google. Total joke I feel like I'm just donating money to this company.

The internet has been much better the last few years. Customer service is also great. Connection is quick and reliable. Very happy with the provider.

I'm sorry but if you know anything about internet, you know the prices these people charge for the bandwidth+speeds is absolutely ridiculous. go with astound or something faster for the same price if they're available.1mb/100Gb for $25/month, how are you not out of business? Stay away.

Excellent customer service! Never had a problem or question that wasn't fixed or answered in minutes with a quick phone call. In the age of nationwide corporations, it's nice to have local folks from my community stepping up and slaying it! Keep up the good work.

Colfaxnet has been nothing but great for us. The coverage is the best that we have had in our area, comparing to three other Internet options we had previously. Taylor at the front desk is professional and kind. Always very helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend!

Service always has hard time with weather or wind. Got told I need to pay them to relocate the satellite after being told by the installer that it was in one of the better locations in the county with “great line of sight” to there tower. High cost for small amount of GB plus they charge you if you go over. So much more but who cares.

I am pleased. For living in the country, ColfaxNet is relatively reliable and relatively fast, although not too cheap. But that's living in the country. I don't think it gets better than Colfaxnet. And their customer service--in the four or so times I have interacted with them--is solid, reasonable, friendly, and relatively timely. Can't do better.

Technician spent hours at my home yesterday helping set up my router and extender. The directions from the hardware company were none existent. His knowledge saved the day. Professional service!!

Inconsistent service. Times where techs show up without an appointment. Crew shows up at my house on Monday without notice but I guess called 20 minutes before arrival while I was in Rocklin. Told me that they'd be back on Wednesday. It's now Saturday and I just heard that the problem is on their end and didn't need to come out. Speed is as slow or slower than dial up. Fed up. Looking for new provider!
