This tow company went under another name many years ago and they were the most crooked AAA contracted tow company i ever dealt with. I being a former tow truck driver had the worst experience with them. I should have sued them. They falsely kept my car stold items out of it and tried to charge me a AAA customer 2500 to tow my car the wrong direction than i wanted to go. Im pretty sure its the dame people if not running the place definitely the same A holes working there. Avoid breaking down on I 80 if your a AAA member and these guys come you will have bigger problems than your broke down car.

Araco towing saved us! Broke down on I-80 on a Sunday evening with no mechanic shops open or able to service us. The staff at Araco was SUPER helpful. They recommended a repair shop and best western within walking distance of each other, and dropped us and our dogs off at the hotel before dropping our car off for us. Realized we left something we needed in the car and he was nice enough to circle BACK to the hotel for us and drop it off. Great service! Highly recommend!

I just removed a previous negative review. It had to do with something other than towing. After dealing with Ryan, the owner of Araco Towing I found him a man of high integrity. We were able to work together to solve my problem. We spoke on the phone and Ryan even traveled down from Colfax to Rocklin to meet me. He went far beyond what was expected. He was friendly and courteous.

These guys are super nice and professional. They rescued me off i 80 last year in a super busy Sunday night and figured out all the logistics for returning my car several hundred miles.Then just now they stopped and offered me assistance while i was cooling down the same old truck off i80 again

Our car broke down while we were driving out of town. They really helped us out a lot and even recommended a mechanic to help get us back on the road the next day. 100% recommend Araco Towing.

My car broke down in the snow at night, just off the freeway. I was put in contact with Mike about towing my car. He arrived in less than an hour and towed my car (with a Christmas tree on top) 45+ miles to my auto shop. He was very kind, even after already working his full day. Once he dropped off my car to the shop he called me to let me know it was there. He also told me he was going to bring my Christmas tree home to me, another 15 minutes out of his way. Mike went above and beyond all of my expectations. I highly recommend Mike and Araco Towing. 5 Stars all the way!Service: Car towing

Araco Towing helped me out when I was in a tight spot. Tried calling other town companies but was told it would be a 3hr wait time.Araco got me roadside help within 15 mins. I needed help getting back into my car as there was a locking mechanism failure and I was stuck on the side of HWY 80 in the cold. The tow tech was super helpful and friendly. The price was a bit expensive $180 but that’s what these things cost I guess. Definitely got me leaning towards getting a AAA roadside package

AAA contracting station, rude, and refused to tow my car even though I am an AAA member. Left me stuck on I-80 would not give me any information or help in locating someone in the area that would be able to get my vehicle home. Fortunately I made a good guess and contacted Ridgeline Towing, they were more that happy to help, reasonable pricing, fantastic customer service. Stay away from Araco towing they do no provide the service they have contracted with AAA to provideService: Car towing

The nicest people I have encountered for tow service ever! We were on our way to a funeral in the NV desert and unfortunately broke down. They allowed us to leave the car there and head to our destination. They met back up with is on our return to set up towing and are delivering it to the dealership for us. Thank you for being understanding and helping us.
