If you're looking for a place to live and your 55 years or older this is a very nice mobile home park. Everybody keeps their spots super neat and decorated beautifully. You're right next to the town of Coarsegold which is a quaint little mountain town.

Stoped for gas and use the restroomGas prices were reasonable compared to others and the restroom was very clean and well stocked
